Best, I will repeat again. Very dekat dengan Penang Airport. I stay sebab nak kejar flight and nak elak traffic jam.

The airconditioning and ventilation in this place are commendable. I would not recommend the location if you are looking for vibrant and busy town but it is near Bay Avenue, Queensbay Mall and airport. Foodcourt is right downstairs with different varieties. Although the place is well kept and maitaned, the bathroom doors and hooks need fixing.

M Qube is strategically located in between Georgetown (9.5km) and the Airport (7km). The friendly hotel representative is patience to explain the Do's and Don'ts during the stay. Prepare a RM50 cash for deposit as they do not accept other payment terms. The cubicles are not sound proof but privacy is present. The TV is not working but this should not be an issue for many. Food and drinks are easily accessible most of the day till late night. There is only ATM from Public Bank located 200m away across the road. Queenbay Mall is around 2 km away. The stay is pleasant and peaceful so it is strongly recommended to solo travellers. Sungai Nibong bus terminal is 300m away so it is easy to go to other cities.

Very nice and detailed receptionist during the night shift, kudos to the chinese guy during the night, management need people like him to manage and monitor the place, he provided very details info regarding the place.

Overall a nice stay. Can hear neighbours snoring, talking etc but I don't mind the noises, I got a decent sleep once sleep took over. My brother said his sleep was nice too. A nice place to stay while waiting for our flight the next day. There's a Foodcourt right outside the hotel too so food is easy to get. Amenities include tower, toothpaste+toothbrush & universal plug.

Very nice operator, introduced and told how to use facilities. Very nice capsule bedroom, cool air, good pillow, good blanket, and good lighting system inside the capsul. Very nice guests, freindly and mind. Very nice location, I called grab taxi very easy for this location point. Nearby queensbay, I love that coast, nice veiw, peaceful, fresh air and not too far from the Penang International Airport. I slept well. Thanks.

The hotel is clean, the only drawback is there is no lift.

One of the staff was not friendly and annoyed when I just wanted my sleep. I only want to stay a night and be gone but he keeps nagging. You should put someone at the front desk that knows how to properly handle customer service.
