Ratusz B&B

We arrived in the evening, there is no reception and we somehow managed to enter the room. There was nobody in the building, we climbed up and down in vein , all doors were closed, luckily there was some kind of restaurant in front ground floor building, and one guy came to help up, but he was not responsible to do it. The doors asked the codes that I did never receive from hotel. Then, as we entered somehow, we were hungry and decided to go out in the market, we wanted to leave the building, but we got stuck, gate door was locked 🔒 with no sign or instructions what to do. I had to write to the hotel on Facebook, luckily they answered , the lock opened by the push button located on the weirdest place on the wall 🧱 , if you are alone there you may not find it ever. I was a tourist with no mobile phone to ring them up , at least they answered on Facebook, but they added next day, I was to call them up always to ask something, so always bring a phone with active card in it to call this hotel. In the morning, we had to get the breakfast, and of course we thought it's a normal breakfast with some varieties, but unfortunately, they sent us outside the hotel for breakfast, in a local Cafe, where we had only on option for like sausages and coffee, I would rate it 5 out of six, because the waitress was the only person I could talk to during my short visit in Gdansk. As a result, me and my daughter, were very dissatisfied and disappointed 😞 with this service. Also the beds and blankets were too short, just OK for the kids not the adults . 🙄

Comfortable for a B&B Didn't realise it was a hostel - no TV, creaky bed. Wifi was available but sometimes disconnected. Clean.
