I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The mgmt. is just focussed on prising out the last bit of money from the customers while not paying heed to even the basics of hygiene -literally & figuratively. While the hotel gave me a complimentary room upgrade keeping in mind my MMT membership status, they didn't even clean up the room. Hi-Tea and cookies was complimentary and yet wasn't provided. Tea bags when asked for (not originally provided) , were provided but only green tea bags which I didn't want! The hotel also provided taxi service and again charged the full amount even though the service started at 4:30pm in the afternoon saying they had booked the driver for the day (they conveniently changed the driver though when they came to know of delayed landing). Despite the late start, the driver also mentioned on both days about time to head back. Overall, the management didn't seem too impressive and looked more focussed on extracting money rather than providing good customer service... I shall definitely not use their service next time I am in Gaya and wouldn't recommend it either.
