Hotel Basant Vihar International, Gaya

Property excellent. Location very near to railway station. Reception and room service fine. Food quality fine

The stay was average. The price seemed higher for the room. Room was clean. Bathroom was also clean but it didn't match the photos attached for the booked room type. Also it seemed very average for the price i paid. photos should match with the room

Room was not at all good no proper cleaning of the washroom. Dirt is visible food is terrible. They keep menu cards. But hardly anything available the quality of food is also not at all good. As the oils n masala used are old or of bad quality. They have given us stale food. Which was very easy to figure out from taste n smell. When we asked about it. They said that's how people in bihar eat the food there i booked the hotel for 2 days (48 hrs) paid 8k in total and stayed for only 18 hrs in gaya and that was my biggest mistake to book in that hotel. Ac was also not working. On n off it was cooling

Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. If you are going for putra paksh take their suggestions and proceed.

Unhygienic! bed sheets were dirty, room was dirty. Food in restaurant was not good and no variety. Staff is good not at all three star. No star rating can be given.

Room size and other facilities do not justify room tariff charged. Next time i will do so to support my experience

It is nearest stay to gaya station. Services was satisfactory. Auto drivers are worst. Police help us to locate the hotel. Perhaps, govt. Arrangement, due to pitri paksha, is very good, sacred food is being served in every food corner /hotels. Although it was a good experience, thanks. As we have not taken any photo, so nothing to share.

Room is good n staffs are supportive, but 3 persons in one room is manageable. Tv connection was not available, acs are without remote, room lock need repair it's restaurant food can be improved.

Location was good, mattress was too soft thus not very comfortable, complimentary drinking water was not provided. Cloth hanger was not made available. 24 hour time for one day in lieu of 12 to 12 will be helpful and cost effective for this holy city where lakhs of people visit this city. Tar-riff was higher compared to facilities provided. No system of checking room at the time of checking in and out exists.
