Bed in a box! Easy check in all done through phone with keyless entry. Phone needed to access the room and lift. Small and compact but great to get your head down before an early flight. Good soundproof rooms with comfortable beds. Good shower with over head and detachable head. Towels and hair dryer provided along with two bottles of water. Smart TV, so could sign into my own Netflix. Hot drinks available in the corridor near the lift. Found bed bug monitors under the bed which were clean 🤩

Stay there because I brought two kids and had a morning flight at 7am.Love the location in the south terminal Gatwick very convenient to have food and check in.I wrongly booked and paid the other room which cannot be refund in trip.com on 2026 one year later, a pretty receptionist told me can help me to refund it. LOVE HER😘

Hotel is right above Gatwick airport. Very convenient location! Hotel is small but sufficient for a short stay.

All communications clear and easy to follow. Perfect location to access Gatwick airport. The room was spotlessly clean with good quality towels and sheets. An excellent find which we roll certainly use again !

The staff is very friendly and welcoming in my current stay. However the toilet and shower is not separated. So the whole toilet seat and the floor will get wet after shower. Bed is clean and comfortable. The room is still a little bit dark when all lights have turned on.

Great location, right next to departures. They have a free hot drinks machine in a room on one of floors but no food. There are restaurants & shops very close by though so it’s not a problem.

Gréât location, excellent place to stay before or after the flight. Very Cozy room with everything you needed. Friendly and helpful staff. My daughter appreciated the drink service machine very much
