Convenient location near the entrance to the Smoky Mountain Parkway. The hotel was not in good repair. The room was very basic. The elevator was especially dingy with a wet/greasy floor. The room was cheap for three days. There weren't any bugs. There are much better options nearby.

This place is disgusting . Filthy. Do Not stay here!! My son (20) refused to go in and slept in car. My daughter (15) wanted to take a shower but had to wear shoes in the tub due to filth and the knob fell off in her hand. Room stunk. Had to use my $150 perfume to try to mask the odor. None of us would walk on floor without shoes. Had to cover my head with a car blanket because I was afraid of something crawling on my head/face or getting lice. I wouldn’t doubt if it has bed bugs. Pool was laughable. Pics below. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Place was straight trash. Stayed 5 hours and left. Had to drive 12 hours on NO Sleep. Only highlight is a black bear was in parking lot when we pulled in and I got to run from it not once but twice. We were running for our lives but since front desk was not helpful to tell where our room was we just about got offed by the bear. Negative a thousand stars!!

Black mold around tub, online pictures that do not match the rooms, staff that doesn't care about issues, leak in bathroom, mirror fell off the wall, ants everywhere and dirty stained sheets. And pictures to prove it. Ruined our vacation. Good water pressure...lol

DO NOT BOOK!!! No hot water for the entire 3 night stay. (We are not the only ones complaining about no hot water) Front office put in work order and no one came. Building is falling apart. Gutter is about to fall off. Open outlets on deck/sitting area (not up to code). Needs MAJOR updates to grounds!!! Not worth the money. Pay a little more for a WAY better hotel!!!

Highly recommend Days Inn while staying in Gatlinburg. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience and close to town. Room rates are also very reasonable.

This was a two day stay. On the second night between 1:30-2:30AM I called the front desk to obtain a late check out. I spoke with a gentleman which said I could have one hour. It sounded like I might have woke him up. In the morning I had a knock on the door. It was housekeeping and they said I was suppose to be out 10 minutes ago. I was attempting to get dressed so I could not open the door. I explained that I had called and received a late check out. The woman left and came back with another woman that I also told that I had a late check out. She advised there is no record of this and that I had to leave immediately. Told her I would as soon as I finished dressing and packing. Next I knew I had two police officers at my door. They advised I needed to leave the room to which case I finished getting my stuff packed and left. I called hotel and advised that I was not pleased with the treatment I received. They were supposed to investigate and get back to me. I never heard a word from them!!! Very unprofessional way to treat guests. Never bothered to check with the on duty night auditor. I asked if they had and was advised they had not.
