Kube Saint-Tropez

I recently stayed at Kube Hotel in St. Tropez and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue. There were spider webs, and the floors were dirty, even though I specifically requested them to be cleaned the previous evening. To make matters worse, instead of simply providing laundry bags as I asked, the staff took my laundry without permission. The shuttle service was another disappointment. We had to wait for around 30 minutes in St. Tropez, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The carpet in the restaurant was visibly dirty, and it was frustrating to see that it could easily be cleaned with a carpet cleaner. Additionally, when I requested a late checkout, the hotel wasn’t flexible at all. They didn’t offer even a single hour extra, which is surprising, given that I regularly stay in hotels in Cannes where they are far more accommodating, despite being much busier. I’m particularly disappointed because my stay at Kube Hotel last year was much better. The rooms were cleaner, the service was more reliable, and the shuttle service worked efficiently. Unfortunately, this time, the experience has been a big letdown. I hope the management addresses these issues because, as it stands, I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 2 nights and would not recommend.The room was so dirty and the balcony I don’t think I had been cleaned for months.We had a top floor seaview room which albeit overlooked the sea there was a main road infront of it with constant traffic throughout the night which made it impossible to sleep.No manager to express its downfalls.This is not a five star hotel I would say 2 star at best.We will never return and for what you pay much better in St Tropez.Avoid this unprofessional hotel…

The Kube hotel in St Tropez is a 5 stars hotel full of contradictions. Nice concept, beautiful hotel kubes and a magnificant sea view. Tons of potential for having a unique holiday. But there are strange things … sometimes you need to recall 5 times the reception to get some action. Or at breakfast with stunning views you have only cold pancakes, a housekeeper that goes through the buffet, overbaked eggs or a coffee waiting in stead of served,. The swimmingpools are amazing but dirty paths around with pieces of glass on the same place for more than one day. Also the rooms, high tech, well cooled but a bit dirty. Last but not least, don’t look your stopwatch if you ask room service: it can take up to more than 30 minutes. Thus cleaning could be improved and personnel better instructed. I rate this hotel 4 stars.
