Surprised this is listed as a "resort" through Interval, because it is far inferior to any other place we've stayed. There is no concierge or anyone on property to assist with issues, just a phone number to call. Pool was closed, although there was nothing on their website or welcome email stating that it closed for the season. The only positive was the incredible view of the ocean and sunrise from the deck.

Our stay at the Sea Mystique was less than ideal. The mattress and pillows were too hard, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The sliding patio door was a struggle to open, which was quite frustrating. There was no sponge provided to wash pots and pans, and we were not informed beforehand that we needed to bring our own. In my 20 years of staying at timeshares, I’ve always had something to wash dishes with. The pans were unsafe to use as they were scratched up and warped from previous guests’ abuse and overheating. The toilet paper was the cheapest 1-ply we’ve ever seen, and the kids’ room TV was missing an HDMI cable. Overall, our experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

Loved our beautiful view, room was nicer than expected and washer/dryer was super convenient. Comfortable beds and nice beach! This is an older resort but it looks like they must have recently renovated. We really enjoyed our time here.Beach wasn’t crowded. Parking can get a bit tight but never had an issue finding a spot.

Have just arrived back from a week at this resort. The unit we were in was nice enough until we encountered cockroaches. We did leave a message with the number given but had no response. They appeared on the Monday and it was just one and then the next day 3 or 4 . They were mostly found in the kitchen and a couple in the living room. We were careful to sweep the floor everyday to keep it clean. They were in all the cupboards so we had to put all our food stuff in the fridge The other thing about the unit we had (405) was the patio set on the balcony . It was one of those fancy metal table and chairs definitely not made for relaxing . It would have been nice to have comfy chairs not necessarily expensive but just so you could sit out and enjoy the fabulous view. That was the best thing about this place.

When first confirmed, we were located on the 4th (top) floor. Fine print : subject to change. Well it changed and we are on the 3rd floor. Older units, kind of dark but clean. The units could definitely use some insulation between floors. We can hear every step the people above us take and they have been very active. I don’t think anyone has checked in beside us yet, don’t know what that will be like. The rules and other information posted on the refrigerator states that you are pretty much on your own if there are any problems. It is beach front and a good location. Free one vehicle parking, no handicap spaces. Parking is tight. Unfortunately, typical time share and could not recommend.

I do not like to write negative reviews. But, people be aware if you are a couple that love traveling together on a motorcycle. YOU ARE NOT WELCOME AT THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! We woke up with a letter on our bike that bikers are not welcome here and that we should’ve looked at the fine print. We were staying here and now they took our money and we have to leave because they do not want our Electra glide on the premises and that it is up to us to find public parking area and walk the rest of the way to go to sleep or to even relax. Be aware read the fine print. You are not welcome here at all. The owner and rental agent told us it’s not our problem and for us to figure it out. You’re own your own. Really nice of them. !!!!!
