A wonderful hotel, set in a great location above lake Garda. The place is modern, yet offers a traditional service. The restaurant is first class offering a good menu with lots of choice. The wellness aea is beautifully laid out with soft lighting and giving a relaxing area to unwind. The spa offer very good massages as well. I would recommend this hotel.

Location: The hotel has spectacular view of the lake, perched on the hill. The hotel itself is quite modern and clean with a pool and a spa, even a free neck massage! Free Shuttle to lake. We ate both breakfast and dinner at this hotel and is was by far the best of our trip. The chef (I forgot his name) is truly 5 star! Really, really good and the staff was exceptional. I want to specifically should to Omar who knew so much about wines. Bravo Omar!

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Hotel De Ville and could not have made a better choice. Set in a beautiful location above Garda and yet a short walk from the local village. Intimate and with wonderful staff this hotel exceeded our expectations. Great rooms, a lovely spa with available treatments and excellent food. Heaven

Beautiful modern hotel with lovely little touches. All the restaurant staff are exceptional, very friendly. The food in restaurant is of high standard and very good quality - loved the breakfast selection, the fresh juicer was a great plus. We dined in restaurant twice for dinner. Aperitifs at 7pm was a splendid gesture. The 5* spa is a fabulous feature for this small boutique hotel. The nuts and drinks In spa were lovely extra. The rooms are very well appointed. Lovely modern decor. Infinity swimming pool is a plus. One thing to mention, It is a shame we see top of the restaurant roof when sat on our room balcony on 2nd floor. If there was one thing we’d suggest is to provide an improved checkin experience. It could have been more Informative. There was no explanation of the hotel facilities, spa, restaurant, underground car park etc..We’re glad we chose this hotel for its unique luxurious features.

Very nice and quiet accommodation, really welcoming and good service from all employs, excellent breakfast table and full professional service dinner restaurant. Room spacious and clean, large balcony. SPA, swimming pool and massage treatment was outstanding.

Familly room fot five? Are you kidding me? The French bed is not wide enaugh for two children. Usually french bed is not 120cm wide and is not collapsible …. Finally, after the lady on the reception offered to take another room for almost full price, we ended up with sleeping on the floor… Yes, and according to hotel manager we are the first guest who are not satisfied with bed. why to solve it?

Very nice boutique hotel above Garda. Everything from the arrival at the new parking garage to the great breakfast buffet was above expectations. We had a room with view of the lake with Sirmione in the distance; the room had a modern decor , with balcony and a very comfy bed. We liked the shiny beautiful floor tiles. There was free use of the gym, the sauna, and the swimming pool. Im the evening, dinner was served in the gourmet bistrot. This was a nice experience, too. Good service and a superb wine list. Just beware there is a small road leading from the hillside down to Garda centre; this road gets busy at the weekends in particular, but it didn’t affect our overall great experience.

Beautifully located, modern and lovingly designed hotel. Super friendly and courteous staff, discreet but very attentive service. Requests or suggestions are implemented immediately. Very good breakfast offer. Great gourmet bistro/restaurant. Large car park. Well-designed wellness/SPA area. No wishes remain unfulfilled. The entrance area has just been remodelled, so access to the hotel was only possible via a narrow staircase above the restaurant entrance. However, it was immediately offered help with carrying luggage. Therefore, it was not a problem and completely acceptable. When fully occupied, the SPA area could be a little too small. The opening hours until 19:00 could also be extended a little more guest-friendly.
