Nice place with clean rooms and spacious. Even the bed sheets were neat and clean. Huge spacious bathroom again equipped with all basic amenities and hot water supply. The place is easily accessible from st busstop near to all restaurants and close to temple and beach by walking distance. Even the surrounding is peaceful with green trees also a wide parking area for guests is provided. We had a nice hassle free experience for checkin and checkout.

It was an awesome experience staying at bap-at niwas homestay. The owner was welcoming and caring towards their guests. It's a lovely, cosy and luxurious property made in european style with breakfast. They have a good kitchen and allow us to access it for baby food. The staff was quick & responsive. Since it's a home stay property, the entire bap-at family makes sure guests are well taken care of. Worth staying if u plan a trip to ganpatipule. Keep up the good work !

Great property, very clean and well maintained. Just behind bus stop. Worth for money. Walkable distance from various food restaurants.

we are staying there one day. they people does not give any proper information about there stay. we are asking for breakfast but they says give advance order then they will make it. but they not told about anything when we reach.. please give some information to guest when they arrive.

Very clean, extremely hospitable mr & mars bapat. Also the home food was excellent we had in breakfast. Also very near to the ganesh temple 8 to 10 mins walk. Will definitely book again

The place is nice and clean. Well maintained rooms and very clean bathroom. Serve only breakfast (optional. Bit far from beach and temple.

The rooms are really good. Request owner to update the photos. As the pictures we saw were dull and we were not sure of the room quality and we were not getting any other bookings so had to book it. But when we reached there the rooms they were really nice, clean and spacious. The owner is humble and helpful. It was really a budget booking with quality stay for us. Only 1 feedbacks:
please have bed covers to make it more pleasant.
