The beauty of this property is that the owner of this hotel Mr Ritesh Ji personally taking care of us. He is very nice and managing well. Chef Bikas makes food very tasty & delicious. All staffs are very good and cooperative. The biggest advantage of this hotel is …. You can see Kanchenjunga Mountain from the balcony view. My staying was awesome.

I recently stayed at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth. The room itself was immaculate, featuring modern decor and all the amenities i needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond. Whenever i had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to help, always with a friendly smile. The housekeeping team was diligent, ensuring my room was always clean and comfortable. One evening, i dined at the hotel restaurant, where the service was equally impressive. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, the combination of excellent service and a comfortable environment made my stay unforgettable. I left feeling relaxed and eager to return

The Best Luxurious and Heritage Hotel in Sikkim ❤️
It has all the amenities you can dream of. All the rooms has view of Mount Kanchanjanga. And inhouse Restaurant and Bar adds cherry to the cake 😍

The location is great, the staff is very polite. The rooms are well maintained, and bathrooms are clean and good. Must consider this as a preferred stay during your future visits.

Pathetic experience. The property is extremely dirty, services are worse and the management is worst. We had to ask for everything. Even had to fight to get a reasonable mattress for extra bed, to get our room cleaned. After paying hefty service charges, we could not get even a morning cup of tea in our room. Nobody was available at the time of checking out to carry our luggage. After taking up issues with management the things got worsen. It is totally waste of money and you don't get good vibes while staying there.

Hotel is very old and not well maintained. Rooms are untidy, and the washrooms are unclean. The hotel smells awful. Mattresses provided were also smelling. We did not have the strength to order anything to eat. Not at all recommended.
