Summit Norling Resort & Spa

Great property and cozy rooms. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Thanks grace, kabita, aita, smriti for the best service and warm welcome. We booked a package which included breakfast and dinner. Food was very tasty and they had a lot of variety. Each and every dish had proper taste. Kudos to chef Satyam. Hotel property and surrounding area is great.

It was Amazing stayed at Summit Norling Gangtok. Hotel property is peaceful and it was great welcome by Reception team . Chef Satyam has prepared delicious food for dinner and breakfast and it was Yum in teast. Very nice and friendly staff. Great pool. Property is very clean. Good food. Restaurant view is awesome Customer engagement activities are minimal. a food is very healthy. The rooms are well appointed and maintained with spotless cleanliness. Bathe room was spacious and clean.

We visited Gangtok in the last week of September. It was raining incessantly, The property is located far away from the hustle-bustle of the city, in the lap of nature. A beautiful little waterfall (which was right outside our room made the stay all the more beautiful. The room was clean, had wooden ceiling and floor. Bathroom was spacious. The bed was heated and super cozy. Simran from the front desk was really friendly and helpful. She was there to solve any query and always ready to help. A big shoutout to Simran! The restaurant had a nice ambiance and a little bar. In the evening, there was Karaoke!!! The breakfast was just awesome with lots of options to choose from. The options for lunch and dinner was good and the food was also good, but I feel there should be a little more variety in the menu. The restaurant staff were courteous and friendly. Overall, it was a great stay for a couple of days and I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Gangtok to experience the stay at Summit Norling Resort.

Very polite ,humble and well trained staff . Quick in service and has an postive attitude towards everything .Food ,view ,rooms,cleanliness,staff just amazing. Summit Norling beats the best hotels of India. The staff is very courteous and treats every visitor happily . I was late for the checkin due to flight issues but the staff was very caring that they kept asking about me as the route was not so clear since i visited in monsoon . They provide u with many complimentary services and u just cant resist them .The resort is reallyy beautifulllll.

Pleasant stay in Norling Resort & spa, property is old one but had an flavour of different stay experience.. Property is far away from MG marg.Its 20 minutes drives from city, otherwise its a very good property to spend your lazure time in Norling. Summit is always is in good in service , but little things can be overlooked when compared with all staff's hospitality..... Restaurant is well decorated, all staff are very helpful and with always pleasant behavior with smile in face always. Kabita , Anita, Smiriti and Lalam are very good . Manager Diojay was also very good . Overall it's was Pleasant stay with Summit.
