Lift Issues: The lift was malfunctioning throughout my stay, causing major inconvenience. It was never repaired. Poor Hospitality: The overall hospitality was extremely lacking. Staff were rude and unprofessional. The staff, particularly two individuals—Partha and Anita Rai—were extremely rude and unprofessional. Partha, whose contact number is listed on the hotel’s website, gave me promises that turned out to be completely false. He is a fraud, and you cannot rely on any of his words or assurances. Anita Rai, on the other hand, was downright disrespectful. Her behavior was unbecoming of someone working in hospitality. Instead of offering assistance, she was dismissive and rude. There was absolutely no effort to make guests feel welcomed or comfortable. Lack of Training: The hotel staff clearly lacks proper training in hospitality and customer service. Conclusion: I would not recommend this hotel. The proprietor should focus on teaching their staff proper hospitality before taking any more bookings.
