Property has very good rooms and amenities, although cleanliness is worst. Rooms and washrooms were dusty. Also the amravathi restaurant which serves excellent food was full of cobwebs, ready to drop on your food anytime!

It's a beautiful property on the hyd-goa route (midway. The property is very nicely constructed and maintained, but falls short, a bit, on functionality. The staff is super-courteous and caring. The **** at the reception and head chef munna, went out of the way to make us comfortable. Food is really good. Complimentary breakfast is average. Highly recommended.

They need to improve a lot. I understand they are very new. Their current staff try to cope up and manage. The food gets delayed because of shortage, it's on the slightly higher spice side which everyone may not be able to have. Breakfast buffet is above average. Mosquitoes are a huge problem here and needs to be corrected as the guests should not have to keep complaining about it. Lastly, number of service people should be increased. If possible the way from hampi should also be corrected on google maps as its really bad.

It was good experience with family and great service the staff. Breakfast also too good and filled with lots of amenities like a pool and kids play area.

Property location and infrastructure is good but service is very poor no one care about your stay no housekeeping until u say anything to them television not getting signal every-time

The stay is very comfortable and aesthetic...especially the cottages😍
Very helpful staff and the food is yumm.
The view at the sky restaurant while having breakfast is so soothing. Good food, Good mood and Good stay..what else do you need for a holiday 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

Property is in remote location and cottage we booked were away from the hotel and no other bookings were there when we stayed we were alone in that cottage which is far away from hotel and no security present, you should stay their with your own risk

Accommodation is good. Surrounding is good. Service is extremely poor. Staff is not prepared when you arrive. Dental kit was missing. Towels were missing. Bathroom lock was not working. Housekeeping does not clean your room for an entire day when you are back. No water bottles. Swimming pool was not clean. Flies were floating in swimming pool when we went for swim.
