Its great to share a good stay in Sarovar portico, room was good , front desk staff very helpful Ms neha Ms sharmishtha and Ms meena welcome with pleasant smile and great hospitality. Food was wonderful awesome stay.thanks you i like to visit again

Good for short stay. Nice welcome staff. Rooms with all required amenities. Clean bedsheets. Room furniture little bit tired, but still functional. Wifi poor quality. Brakfast: local cuisine with some fruits. Did not explore the neighborhood, but during night time there were no excessive sound or light.

Both the executive received will pleasure Neha and meena, food and accommodation was better, Had a great time.gym and spa also makes your day complete,felt free to call for any assistance,I would suggest everyone to try atleast once in gandhidham.

Mr Sunil Lahori (General Manager) was very hands-on, frequently checking in with guests to ensure everything was going smoothly. I particularly appreciated the way he handled a guest." The hotel staff were always friendly, efficient, and attentive, reflecting the strong leadership and hospitality culture cultivated by also help as to stay comfort was so professional and giving positive vibe all amazing. Ms. Sharmistha, Ms.Neha and Mr. Rana (Front Desk) staff are really helpful with pleasent attitude enjoy the stay, was so professional and giving positive vibe all amazing. They greeted me warmly, provided helpful information about the hotel’s amenities, and even offered suggestions for local restaurants. Ms. Yamuna and Mr. Sitaram (F&B Services) was incredibly attentive throughout the meal. They checked in at just the right moments to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, making the dining experience feel personal and well-catered. They was polite. Their positive attitude made the dining experience more enjoyable and inviting.

would like to express my gratitude for professionalism service received from Ms. Meena front desk and her colleagues during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, desk team was warm and welcoming, making the check-in process seamless and efficient. I observed her professionalism and attentiveness, she was always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was answering questions, providing recommendations and restaurant staff was equally commendable, offering prompt service and delicious food which enhanced my overall experience. It’s clear that their positive attitudes truly made my stay memorable.

Hospitality is very good, food was delicious and very polite and cooperative staff. Very kind persons and always ready to help out in any way. Specially Ms. Neha from front desk is very cooperative, very kind, and supportive girl. Room service is excellent.and in-room dining is awesome

The experience was not so good. We checked in the evening and once I went into the shower after applying the shampoo, the cold water stopped. The hot water was scalding hot and unbearable. Even the liquid soap was over. I had to come out midway to inform this to the reception. The person who came to change the soap dispenser was very casual and didn't care much for my complaint. In the morning when I returned from breakfast, the room key was not working. I had to wait 15 mins to get into my room. All in all the service experience was not up to the mark and we would expect much better service

i really like the food and location im staying for more than 3 months so it was really good experience of me im glad to meet Ms payal and neha and there cheif were also so good with there dishes food was excellent and there hygiene day by day is also so good
