Very comfortable and nice hotel.

Amazing view from the rooms. Food was decent. Front desk - The front desk staff was at best average and did not receive even a courteous smile during our stay. While checking out the approach road was covered snow and we were dependent on the hotel vehicle to drop us to the main road which would be 500m away. They have just 1 car doing the rounds and with 4 families checking out, the waiting time just to get dropped off reached 30 min. They could have been easily better prepared for this. Room maintenance - Even though the hotel is a new property, the room already needed maintenance. The shower area was getting clogged, the sockets were broken. Facilities - Considering the grade of the hotel, the hotel had no amenities. Just the rooms and the restaurant. Room size - could not have been smaller

It’s a very very beautiful property. The experience is totally worth it. Amazing hospitality by the entire hotel team. Everybody went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, memorable and happy experience for all of us. Restaurant team was especially very helpful and friendly. Chef Manish prepared special delicacies for us and these were very delicious. Server Gauhar was also very nice and friendly and elevated our dining experience. The GM (Nitesh) and front desk staff (Danish) was also very supportive and helpful. We visited the property for my sister’s birthday and we are very grateful to the entire hotel team for making this experience possible extremely memorable and happy for us.

This hotel has got beautiful location. Room and balcony is also specious, but during our stay the room heater was not operational for 24 hours out of our 40 hours stay. That is why I will give this hotel only a average rating since is there was no Central heating working in the hotel
