Here's my review for the Arco hotels ********
Pros
Nice ambience
Good food
Cons
Extremely poor ventilation (bathroom smelled, ac didn't work and there was no fan)
Poor service
Bad maintenance
Conclusion
if you care less about your comfort and more about aesthetic pleasures this hotel is for you.

The hotel was excellent surrounded by snow hills amazing view from rooms window. staff is very helpful and Coperative with nice behavior. food is much tasty than outside restaurants..
I stayed there for 2 nights with my family very friendly staff. my experience is amazing and it's highly recommended for those who are luking good hotels in sonmarg valley. property is much better than other 4/5 star properties there.

It was an amazing location, very hospitable staff, great food and well maintained rooms. We were lucky to have lots of fresh snow when we visited.

The hotel is perfect here in ******** with clean rooms and bathrooms which is most important to me. The staff are nice and polite. Loved the service and overall stay here.
