No compensation of shampoo and body sope despite of my favor for two days.
Location is terribly perfect.
Galway is one of the best city ever!

Absolutely amazing service and food. Would highly recommend. Enjoyed the dinner so much we came back the next day for lunch even though we were staying in a different hotel. Going to check the rooms out soon to see if we will stay here next time Thank you Isa

The hotel is very well located in Eyre square in yhe hearth of Galway. Rooms are large and confortable but the decor is a bit old. The shpwer was not working perfectly. Veru good irish breakfast. Pankakes were delicious.Not many choices for continental breakfast. Kind staff.

Lovely hotel; very comfortable and spacious room with lots of amenities including a mini fridge, a lift (not always found in UK/Ireland!), even a welcome gift of chocolates! Staff is extremely nice and helpful, allowing us to check out a little later as we had a later train. Location is within walking distance of the train station, most restaurants/bars, and the Aran Sweater market. Can be a little noisy at night as it's right on Eyre Square, but overall one of our favorite hotels of the trip.

Room was cozy and pretty spacious. The hotel needs a little update, very old fashioned style but the food was delicious. Me and my husband also got breakfast on the last morning. Nice variety and selection food, only negative note too many young people walking around and one lady with blonde hair just giving them orders. They were looking very confused. Overall lovely experience

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We had a room that had a king or queen , and we were very happy to find an extra twin bed which came in very handy because one of the other people in our group was unexpectedly in need of a room change. The food was really good. We had the buffet for several meals and really enjoyed it.it had good size portions and tasty food. One downside was that we had our laundry done by a company they contract with and it was not done well.

This is a lovely hotel and great location. Rooms are spotless and with everything in them iron, kettle tea and coffee . Beautiful unsuite.. the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Arron and racheal can not wait to return well done to all the staff

The only thing good about the hotel is the location. Reception area nicely decorated , bedrooms rooms dusty and dark breakfast just ok , breakfast room shabby badly needs a make over all seats need a good cleaning. The bar had escorts working out of it at night time and it was very obvious staff were not bothered. Would not be recommending
