Sleeping for up to 12 people in four separate bedrooms. 2 full baths Enjoy your own private saltwater swimming pool (can be heated for fall, spring and warmer winter months) Oversized hot tub! Billiards table! Gas grill! Board games! Bring your Bluetooth speaker for listening to music out by the pool! All linens (including beach towels) included! Endless hot water system! Two indoor large screen Smart TVs! High speed internet! Parking for up to 4 cars in driveway and free street parking allowed as well! **No parties or events! ABSOLUTELY NO MORE THAN 12 PEOPLE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AT ANYTIME DURING YOUR STAY! (This rule will be strictly enforced!)** **Guests must observe outdoor quiet time hours of: 10:30 pm until 8:00 am** **The pool is easily accessible and therefore I recommend families with toddlers or young children (that cannot swim) be aware and take that into consideration. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions or concerns!** Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a Ring doorbells that record front porch and front driveway activity. Awesome! The house was just as listed. Clean and well kept house, with a good assortment of utensils and flatware. Bathrooms were very clean and updated Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The back deck was the best with a large pool, hot tub, gas grill, pool table and plenty of chairs and loungers to choose from. Kelly, the host, has done a great job with her house. Would definitely stay again.

Paradise at the Flip-Flop Inn This property lived up to the photos. The indoor spaces allowed our two families to spread out, but the highlight was the outdoor spaces. The pool, hot tub, pool table, and outdoor gathering space were well designed to provide everything our group could want for entertainment and relaxation when we were done at the beach! Due to the location in Galveston, I would strongly recommend a car or budgeting for ride share services.

Just enough for everyone My Family and I stayed at the Flip Flop Inn. It is a charming place that has enough to keep everyone busy and in their own space. We loved the location and had a great time hanging out with Family.

Perfect House was warm and inviting as soon as we entered the door. Was able to check in early but unfortunately we didn’t make it in to be able to so but the option was there just as well as checking out, but we decided we needed to get on the road. If I could give a better rate I so would. Pool was warm, hot tub was hot and the pool table was the highlight of the stay. My teenagers loved it. House had everything you needed and then some. Would recommend stay again and again.

Worth every penny. It is obvious Kelly takes great pride in her VRBO. The home is clean and has everything you need for a home away from home vacation. She goes above and beyond to create the perfect home environment. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The rating is well above a 10 out of 10. You can’t go wrong with this rental. And being on the island everything you need from groceries to gas is close by. Kelly is easily accessible. I can’t say enough great things about her and her rental. Worth every cent we paid.

Great house, great property manager = Great Weekend! My family and friends stayed there and the house was wonderful! Easy access to the water park, airport & the Strand! Stayed in communication with the property manager which was so sweet & helpful. Would definitely stay again and high recommend this house!

What a wonderful stay! We enjoyed staying here immensely! There was 5 of us women and my 9 mo old daughter with us and we had the best time! Kelly was such a thoughtful and attentive host, we felt so welcome and at home as soon as we got there!
