A relaxing 5night stay one extra due to storm. Manager Mark could not do enough. Food and beer good and service. Pity the log fire was broken (glass) which would have added to the Christmas ambiance. A very reasonable room price by directly phoning.

3 of us ( 2 adults and one child ) in a spacious room which was clean and comfortable. Didn't hear a bird squeak . Breakfast was included, freshly prepared and tasty . The lady behind the bar was kind and helpful . Absolutely great value for money and would definitely stay here again .

Horrible greasy food. Everything is basically freezer to deep fat fryer, so much so that the air is rancid with smoke/ grease. Toilets absolutely shocking, totally filthy – looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. With this in mind, I dread to think what the hygiene standards are like. Take my advice and avoid.

Food was very good 9.5 Pizzas exceptional and smaller sizes available Staff very friendly and welcoming Definitely worth a stop for those whilst in Torbay Choice of menu would give Gordon Ramsey a heart attack but the varied options means there isn’t anything there that people will try . We will be back

Location for visiting Brixham and Torbay area ideal for a short stay. Dinner was excellent and Breakfast also pretty good. Our room was large and quiet - at rear overlooking the station. We had a very good nights sleep as the bed was very comfortable. The room does need maintenance - the bathroom especially. Furniture is very basic. Staff were friendly and helpful. WARNING - do not park overnight under the trees - seagulls spend the night there and make a horrible mess over your car - when arriving you should be warned when checking in - the staff are well aware of the problem

Excellent stop over in motor home . You can stay the night in the car park if you have a meal. The food is excellent, I can thoroughly recommend the Whistler chicken with the best dauphinois potato I’ve had. Although Carpark is near the road, it’s not too noisy as it’s below the road level friendly staff clean and tidy, prompt service all highly recommended

We had a lovely break here. Very easy to find even though the entrance could do with improving. Comfortable, large room with plenty of heating, a large bed, storage, mirrors, dressing table and TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and had everything you needed including large fluffy towels, a heated towel rail and shower gel. The rooms themselves were kept very, very clean. Stayed for bed and breakfast and this was beautifully cooked every day and served with a smile. The choice was also excellent. A great place to stay. Thank you having us.

Had to visit brixham to attend a funeral booked the railway for two nights staff couldn't do enough for you and very friendly Wife had chicken I had steak and jail pie best I've ever had all made on the premises Breakfast well you will not go hungry all locally sourced produce Very reasonable price will definitely return and recommend Thanks to staff Ray and Carol

Stayed as a married couple in room 1,decor very dated but a nice sized room looking over the car park.all the usual stuff with free wi fi.the bed was a king size and was very comfortable,a big fan on the ceiling couldn't suppress the very humid conditions.we had a full English each morning and it was OK,we didn't eat in the evening but had a few drinks and sat in the spacious beer garden,2 miles from stunning brixham harbour and half an hour to torquay which made the location the high point.we enjoyed our stay.
