The stay in the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The hotel layout is just beautiful with the open architecture and view of the Galle fortress. The rooms we had were very spacious even for suites. Lovely bathroom, living area, garden, lots of places to rest. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. The hotel is a short distance from the fort so you can walk there and enjoy it while being away from the business. The beds were comfortable and you only hear the ocean, not the street noise. I would give 6 stars if possible.

Found Hotel to be extremely clean, all staff are very courteous from management all the way down, made to feel most welcome. Food is excellent. Would be happy to return.

Stay was fantastic

As an experienced business and leisure traveller, I was very disappointed with this hotel, which is definitely not five star. The rooms are shabby and very few of the staff are properly trained or can understand English. We booked a Delux and were given a damp dark room in the basement with a caterpillar in the shower. We insisted on changing rooms but the only available room was a suite (a nice spacious room with private pool) which cost us an additional $100. The buffet was ok, with some good Indian options, but not outstanding or very extensive. Front desk staff were generally unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome. I do not recommend staying here unless you can get a huge discount and are happy with a mediocre hotel.

We visited during off-season, so there were very few other guests. The first morning we had an unusual "set" breakfast, which was understandable as no buffet was offered when there were so few guests. Water pressure/temperature was unstable and there was a weird pulsating noise in the bathroom. On the positive side, the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. It's a lovely estate in absolute terms and stunning in relative terms. Very near the trendy fort area, which is worth a visit. Overall pleased.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Service was incredible and the scenery is without par in Galle. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

The geographical location is very good and the scenery is beautiful, but the service really needs to be improved! The hygiene of the room is really poor. The floor, table, chairs, etc. have not been cleaned for a long time. It is estimated that cleaning the room is just a replacement of bedding, which does not meet this price range. I would like to give a negative review! Ctrip is also very garbage and cannot book two rooms at the same time, but booking one room at a time will immediately double the price of the next order! 携程很垃圾，不能同时定两间，可是一间一间的定房，下一单立马涨价翻两倍！

Hotel is contemporary design just outside the fort area 15m walk great pool overlooking the ocean if it was not so rocky they would have their own beach rooms are very large some with a plunge pool excellent breakfast great choices veg if you prefer the staff are polite and will do anything to help if you like the old colonial style stay in the fort wall's

酒店房間很大 服務人員很熱情 晚餐是按日期分類的，我們入住的時候碰到一天是自助的晚餐，一天是傳統的西餐（會上菜單有一些菜品可以選擇）。酒店離加勒古城非常近，走過去10分鐘左右。沿路會路過一個公園和街邊各種小吃攤。

オーシャンフロントで景色がとても良かった。夜ご飯はルームサービスを頼んだが、食事も美味しく、バルコニーでゆっくり楽しむ事ができた。朝ごはんもバラエティーが多かったが、味はまあまあだった。スリランカ料理とインド料理は美味しかった。朝食会場のスタッフの対応は微妙だった。コーヒーメーカーがあると書いてあったが、実際はインスタントコーヒーだった。

離加勒古堡非常非常近，穿過公園過個小橋大概10分鐘就能走到。晚餐是套餐單點，早餐更多偏向本地特色食物，酒店可以下到海邊。

Buena relación calidad precio. Habitación grande con camas muy cómodas y buffet de desayuno y cena muy bueno. Almuerzo regular con menú a elegir entre varios entrantes , platos principales y postres. Muy cerca del fuerte de galle(menos de 10 min caminando) . Gimnasio de tamaño medio. La piscina no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutarla . Un hotel para volver

Hotel con buen servicio, buena localizacion, y habitaciones cómodas. Lo único a mejorar es la comida que no está a la altura de un hotel de 5 ni de 4 estrellas.
