Josan Villa with a Glorious Beach and Sea View

We have just returned from our Sri Lankan holiday & stayed 6 nights at the beautiful Josan Villa. The rooms are lovely & very large, the icing on the cake is the balcony which overlooks the beach & is idyllic. We had a few evening meals here which were delicious. The train & bus station are directly opposite the Josan Villa & very handy for visiting other areas, the buses are a little crazy but it all adds to the experience! John & his team were lovely & couldn’t do enough for you. The beach is very quiet & it’s like having your own little bit of paradise. We would definitely recommend a stay at Josan Villa 😎

Just back from 3 weeks at this amazing boutique hotel. 5* accommodation with large luxury bedrooms with your own sitting room and large balcony overlooking the beautiful sandy beach. Fabulous en suite with wonderful shower. Incredible mood lighting throughout. The restaurant serves an amazing variety of food for breakfast and dinner and we ate here most days with the sound of the sea in the background. The best staff I have encountered anywhere on our travels. John and Sandun were on hand to answer all our questions and ensure we had the best time ever. Pawan, the bar manager, Thiwanka and Sudasha were just incredible, happy, smiling and attentive to our every need. Ravindra cleaned our room to a very high standard. If you are looking for a high end experience, privacy and excellent restaurant then look no further, this is the best you will get anywhere in Sri Lanka. A truly special, unique, and personal experience.

Have just spent 3 weeks at Josan Villa... This property is set right on a magnificent beach, with access to it off of a sandy sundeck. This really is one of THE Locations in Sri Lanka. The rooms are pristine and incredibly spacious, with all the facilities of a 5* hotel. The view from the large balconies is over the Beach and Ocean. The staff look after everything you need, and Sandun, Issu and Nat deserve special mention for all their help and service. Owner John is always at hand to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.... The food is varied and beautifully presented; and served on a Terrace overlooking the beach; alongside a walk-in pool. The Breakfast is fantastic, with so much choice - including Eggs Benedict and Sri Lankan Omelettes. For any personal supplies, there is a mini supermarket close by, a bank next door, and other supply outlets within the immediate locality. I loved my stay here, and will definitely be returning again when I can......

Good place! amazing view and so kind and helpful staff! New light and stylish rooms. Recommend for 100%. If you say here you don't need to find any restaurant or cafes everything what you need you can find here. The most respectful place in Koggala beach.
