Located on University Ave across from the stadium and O'Connell Center/Exactech Arena.
Five Bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with a HUGE hot tub.
4600 sq ft of indoor space (all with central AC/heat)

TWO fire pit areas
Blackstone Grill (propane included at no charge)
Sonos system
PS5 in living room
TVs in each bedroom
Highest WiFi speed available (provided by COX Cable)
Our house sleeps 12 comfortably.

We have a "formal" dining room, as well as a breakfast dining area in the kitchen.
Our house has TWO separate thermostats that control two separate AC systems, adding convenience and comfort throughout the house.
Our half-bathroom has a urinal. Not sure if that's a "feature" per se, but its unique.About pets:Pets allowed: limit 5 total.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 50.

Great stay and location
Booked this property because it was so close to U of F. and made it easy to get to campus. The property was amazing and will certainly stay here again if we choose this university!!

Graduation celebration
Our family celebrated one of our own who graduated with his MBA. The house was just as described. It was comfortable and roomy and so convenient to campus.
