An historic house which has been exquisitely renovated. Our room was very comfortable with huge bed, quality linens and a modern bathroom. The owners serves a good breakfast on the terraces or inside if raining. The owner is friendly owner and on hand with local advice.

On rare occasions, you end up booking a hotel like this one. You’re not quite sure if the actual hotel will reflect the superb website. In this case, it surpasses it. Let’s talk location: you’ll never find downtown and this quiet at the same time. The location is perfect with parking located next to the hotel. You’re into quaint? Well, you’ll enjoy one of the five rooms that has been fully renovated, without taking away the old charm of the original building. High ceilings, beautiful antique furniture, and lovely comfortable bed and linens. Add to all this a delicious homemade breakfast, including local cheeses, croissants, breads, fruit, and gluten-free options. Did I mention the pool? Or the Michelin restaurant located 80 meters from the front door? But above all this, the main reason you’ll want to stay here is Émilie. She’s there to suggest nice restaurants, good hikes, wineries, and everything Gaillac. Smile always included. Don’t be fooled by the 9.5 ratings for this place, it’s a 10 for sure. We’ll be back. Exceptional. Emilie goes out of her way to ensure guests have a wonderful visit to this special part of France. The rooms are large, comfy and meticulously clean. We would definitely return to Gaillac, thé Tarn and Hôtel Delga. Although it was too chilly to swim, the pool area is delightful.

I cannot recommend this place enough. It is run with a lot of love and care for the visitor. every detail of this little hotel is like you want it to be: from the stylish rooms, to the perfect pool… highly, highly recommended! I am looking to return soon 😀

This small hotel ran by the very gracious host Emilie is full of authentic French charm and is such a tranquil haven to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. Breakfast each morning of freshly baked goods and fruit was wonderful! I will definitely return and hopefully get the chance to share this experience with my family! Thank you for your hospitality Emilie!

Myself and 11 of my family stayed here with Emilie ( hostess) and her lovely family for 5 days. She has to be one of the most obliging hostesses I have ever met. From making homemade waffles and pancakes for breakfast, to recommending and booking restaurants for us in the evenings she was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel is beautifully restored and decorated both inside and out. I could not recommend Hotel Delga enough, if you are heading to or passing through Galliac you must stay there.

We stayed here as a group of 12 for 5 nights as we were attending a wedding nearby. Emilie (host) couldn't have done enough for us, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Fab place to stay, clean, comfortable and central location. Breakfasts and dinner were amazing with so much choice. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Une merveilleuse adresse ! Accueil chaleureux d’Emilie, immense chambre lumineuse et confortable, salle de bains luxueuse avec douche à l’italienne et WC séparés… et la cerise sur le gâteau est le petit-déjeuner avec salade de fruits frais, excellent pain, assortiment de confitures artisanales, gaufres maison (la liste est trop longue, j’en passe). Et superbe piscine mais la météo n’était pas favorable pour piquer une tête. Nous recommandons à 300%

Le rêve et le dépaysement en ville. L’accueil et la courtoisie d’Emilie ont fait de notre séjour un moment de bonheur inoubliable. Petit déjeuner plus que parfait. Conseils pour notre soirée. Chambre très confortable, rien ne manque. Merci Émilie
