Villa with good finishes located in front of the sea, with direct access to the beach and to the local trade, with no need to use vehicles. Restaurants, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, fresh fish and vegetable market and much more are at your disposal.
The terrace is a good point of observation of the dunes and the sunset that, combined with the sound of the sea, becomes relaxing.

Absolute disappointment
The property does not correspond to the advertised description, no direct access to the beach, no deck chairs, English questions to the owner receive a portuguese answer, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery are absolutely inadequate, furniture has been changed, e.g. the bed is narrower than advertized. Check-in by a very friendly cleaning person who doesn't speak English, though; the agency (FewoDirekt) confirmed the dates of our stay, two days later we received a mail by the owner with change of dates, which necessitated costly booking changes for flights. Not recommendable, you don't get what you expect

The property is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Great location and Host very accommodating and good communication.

Réservation annulée par le propriétaire
Malheureusement nous n avons pas pu jouir de l appartement loué depuis mars 2024 pour une période du 14 au au 22 août
Le 11 août le propriétaire nous informe que l appartement n est pas disponible avant le 17 août et nous propose d annuler la réservation ne nuit quelque par deux autres

10 Jahre nichts renoviert, ich fordere Geld zurück
Doppelbett 200x160 cm Matratze durchgelegen. Eine Person konnte mittig liegen und kaum schlafen. Ich lag dann im Wohnzimmer auf dem weissen Plastiksofa.50 cm
breit, stark durchgelegen. Bettlaken drunter, stark geschwitzt. Kaum geschlafen. Treppenabsatz vor der Tür 30 cm lose Mauersteine aufeinander gestapelt. Durchbrause defekt.keine Kaffeemaschine. Geschirr,Messer,Gabeln und Löffel Einzelstücke. Kochgeschirr unbrauchbar. Kochplatten deshalb wohl unbenutzt. Aussengrill verdreckt. Balkonstühle verdreckt,keine Polsterauflagen. Tisch wackelte. Sonnenschirm nur durch Person die 250 cm groß ist aufspannbar. Kontakt mit Vermieter nur per Mail.Englische Mails wurden portugiesisch beantwortet. Ich würde gern Fotos davon einstellen.
Fazit: 760€ pro Woche hätte ich auch ins Klo werfen können. Wohnung muss aus dem Vermietportal raus. Ich fordere das Geld zurück.

Ferienwohnung direkt hinter den Dühnen
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: Ruhig, in einem Hinterhaus, mit direktem Strandzugang, gleichzeitig ist man aber schnell im Ortskern, wo sich Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet, jedoch ist das Mobiliar zum Teil ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Sie verfügt aber über eine solide Ausstattung, sodass wir uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt haben.
