Location is good - 10 mins drive from Furano JR station. There’s a Lawson 5 mins walk away. The hotel is away from the main street and quiet. Hotel has ample free parking. You get daily housekeeping - only if you place the housekeeping tag on the outside of your room door before 11am, otherwise the hotel will reject your request.

Good location to travel around the lavender fields but having a rental car/transportation essential. Big room, good amenities and public bath is spacious with a small open air area. Lounge access with all you can drink coffee tea and furano wine is a bonus. Wonderful stay

Hotel is new, rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel provides refreshments and informations on nearby restaurants.

Staff were friendly and helpful! The coffee/tea/wine bar really elevated the experience as well. Room was spacious and clean.

The location is good if you are driving. The staff is friendly and their room's cleanliness is at the tiptop condition. Will come again if I visit Furano again.

A cosy ski resort hotel with onsen. The room is spacious and comfortable. Great selection of tea and coffee is available for guests in the dining room.

Fantastic decent Room for 3 people. Hotel with friendly staff. Provide coffee/tea at the lounge. A short drive to town.

Red bean dessert available every evening. Nice and cosy reception.

Nice hotel with great breakfast

Location not very good, nothing around the hotel. So a bit inconvenient if you don’t drive. Carpark limited but they have another carpark space across the hotel. Small onsen in the hotel. There’s beverages at certain time of the day. Probably won’t stay again.

Hotel is slightly off the city centre but not a problem for us as we were having own transport. Hotel front desk staff having excellent services. Free access to lounge with drinks and snacks were nice of hotel hospitality. Highly recommended & is my choice of stay if I visit Furano again.

good location and clean hote ,breakfast with good ingredients,with fresh vegetables ,very fresh.

This is the second time of us to stay here. If you plan to stay in Furano , i really recommend this hotel. Very feel like home, warm and cozy. Breakfast really good. Clean, new room with big size.

This is one of the best hotels that I had before in all my trips to Japan. Room size is generous and big by Japanese standard. View is fantastic with the mountains in the backdrop.
