Location was good as is just a 10 min walk to downtown. As a frequent traveler, I don't consider the hotel 5-star rated hotel. It's ok for a 4-star, but not 5. Doesn't meet a 5-star standard in several things. For example, if you are driving, parking is a little bit an hassle as you have to change from one building to another. Breakfast was good but not 5-star breakfast. Lack of warm breakfast dishes and pastries. Windows in the room not sound proof. Woke up severals times during night time as you could hear the noise from the Garbage truck. When you take a shower, leaks water towards the hand sink area. Pillows, not match a 5-star standard either. Was ok, but not great!

Location ways, very convenient. Room was somehow smaller than what it look like on the photos. Congratulations to the Marketing team. Windows need to be fixed. Too noisy from outside. Breakfast was good.

Hotel localizado dentro do Centro Comercial Plaza Madeira. Difícil achar pois a entrada é pelo Shopping (?) ou pela garagem privada em baixo do shopping. Pouca informação e difícil de entender como chegar a recepção pela garagem. Até o Waze se embaralhou para achar o hotel. Sobimos 2 ascensores e entramos em porta com campainha, corredor estrito e depois um terraço a descoberto. Daí uma  porta de vidro pesada para acessar pelo lounge de eventos. Piso todo de cascalho (pedra) com rolamento difícil das malas com rodas. Apesar da maratona (jogo escape) o hotel é boutique como visual bonito e com uma café da manhã de um 5 estrelas. Se melhorassem a chegada para recepcionar os clientes como é costume nos Hotéis 5 estrela ficaria um Luxo só. o aquecimento da piscina no  Terrace seria uma mais valia. Quartos limpos e minibar "on demand". Gostamos até do robô que recolhe os pratos e utensílios do café.

Лучший отель в Фуншале. Останавливались еще в 2 известных местах, поэтому вывод однозначный. Исключительный персонал. Очень тихо. В коридорах стоят автоматы с водой, в которых есть также и газированная вода (можно наполнить бутылку из номера). Классный чай в номере. Система умного света. Но самое главное преимущество: в центре города, очень близко к набережной и красивым центральным улицам. Бесплатная парковка! Мы ехали по навигатору, нажали кнопку связи с отелем около шлагбаума на паркинг. Никаких сложностей не возникло. Из здания есть доступ к торговому центру. Я продлила бы свое проживание тут
