We not only provide places such as saunas and capsule hotels but also provide our customers with a world that can only be found here with the theme of a castle where gentlemen gather creating a truly comfortable place We will continue to build facilities
Enjoy a relaxing and special time in the building which is guarded by statues of angels and goddesses from the entrance to the bathhouse and uses a lot of marble and natural wood
Founded in 1984 under the name Mon Chateau this facility was once known as the Mon Chateau of the East as a representative facility in eastern Japan We have had many customers come to visit us and we have been able to continue operating until now
Even after changing our name to the current GTopia we will continue to inherit this history connect it to the future and continue to grow contributing to the further development of the industry

以前に店舗への電話予約で宿泊利用の経験があります。今回、初めてVacationStayを利用して宿泊しました。シューズロッカーの番号が利用するカプセルに紐づけされるので好みの番号を選んだところフロントから番号を指定されて変更を余儀なくされました。どんな違いがあるのかは分かりませんが咄嗟に質問することもできず指定番号に従うこととなりました。
カプセルの整備については非常に不満が募ります。宿泊客がチェックアウトして空室になったカプセルを、チェックアウトの都度、複数名のスタッフがバタバタと、朝早くから出入りして、しかも大きな声でべちゃくちゃ喋りながら作業なさいます。宿泊客がチェックアウトする度にこれが繰り返されるので何とかなりませんかね？で、そのスタッフはクロックスのような履きもので歩き回るので独特な耳障りな音が発生して、それだけでカプセル内で寝ている客にはストレスでした。
客は基本的には素足で歩き回っているのに施設内のスタッフはすべてクロックスみたいなものを履いているのは違和感を覚えます。せめて、厚手のソックスくらいにしてほしい。今後宿泊利用はありえません。

サウナと水風呂、外気浴は気持ちよかったです。宿泊は他のカプセルホテルと比べるとマットが薄く寝心地が悪かったことと従業員が中国語で調理場で大声で話していて耳障りがよくなかったです。また、焼き鳥に味付けがなかったりトーストにも味がなく配慮のたりなさを感じました。サウナが気持ち良かっただけに残念です。
