Charming! The hotel was clean, the staff attentive, and the food was fantastic. The expresso martinis were good too. I can’t wait to go back with friends for a weekend getaway. One tip-bring yourself a couple bottled waters because there are no vending machines, and you’ll need to go just down the street for coffee.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The lady who checked us in was so friendly and told us a little about the area. I am already planning a return visit. Our room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. It’s sad when you sleep better in a hotel bed than you do at home.

We were visiting Fulton due to our son playing for the Railroaders, a summer college baseball team. It’s a small town. We didn’t expect a lovely hotel such as The Meadows. They did a great job renovating this classic inn. It’s bright, clean and very well decorated. Their lounge and restaurant serve hand crafted drinks and offers an excellent menu. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant is not open for breakfast but they do offer vouchers for two different cafes, both are just steps away. The hotel is centrally located. It’s an easy walk to the restaurants and shops located in Fulton’s quaint downtown. Fulton is sweet little town. We felt very welcome there. The locals are all warm and friendly. We’ll be returning to Fulton during the summer season and we will definitely stay at The Meadows again.

A four-poster bed with the best pillows ever. A great mattress and an actual light blanket instead of the heavy comforters the accomodations industry is going to. A wonderful experience, we will return as we pass through on the way to or from Florida.

This hotel was a treasure to find, nestled among the shops of a quaint town square. From the front desk crew to the local business owners, they all made us feel very welcome. When we checked in, the gentleman at the desk provided us with some history of the town and shared with us why they are considered the “banana capital of the world.” The room was lovely and the service was top notch. We look forward to staying at The Meadows again when we are in town.

This restored hotel is gorgeous. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. The front desk person on the day we checked in was phenomenal in her communication when I called to ask if we could get an early check in (we had a red eye from SFO to Nashville). We really appreciated her kindness in getting us in early! The little cafe that serves breakfast was closed, so we did not get to try that. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms very clean and quiet. The GM seems not so happy and a bit grumpy, but maybe he was having a bad day.

After staying at the Meadows Hotel numerous times. Tryed to stay there this time and wan met with a very discourteous manager. Who was completely in interested is helping, us with our stay. We where not informed that there was no hot water in the hotel at check in. And this is not the first there has been water issues when bwe haves stayed there before. Do to the manager care less attitude. We will never stay there again. I will drive by this hotel and drive 10 minutes down the road, to a major hotel and a better experience. The Meadows Hotel. NEVER AGAIN

There is not much in the town of Fulton Kentucky. Thought this hotel was tucked into a downtown area which is serious need of revitalization. The hotel was great. It was loacted in an old building that was beautifully renovated. The restaurant had an excellent menu and the service was above par. Thought the room was very clean and mostly comfortable. The room temperature was hard to regulate. Was a little concerned of the keyless entry system. My room was #13 and the key pad entry was #1333. Not sure if they used the same code process for the other rooms. I wondered if room 14 keypad entry was #1444. Its important to feel safe in a room. However the shower water pressure was excellent. I would only suggest a few improvements. There is no ice machine and no glasses beyond coffee cups in the room. Thought the ceiling vents could use some attention. They were very dusty. The room had no alarm clock. Beyond this, everything else was comfortable. I would stay here again if the opportunity came along.

We arrived in Fulton, Kentucky just ahead of a winter storm. When I told the young man at the front desk that we had reservations, he asked if they were for the restaurant or the hotel. He did not seem to be very experienced at the hotel side of the business, but we got through it. Aside from that, there was not much downside for this hotel. The room was gorgeous: spotless, spacious, and aesthetically appealing. The bathroom was as good as the bedroom. We had hot showers and warm beds on a cold night. We were given vouchers for breakfast at a local cafe called Buttercup's. This was much better than the typical hotel breakfast. Instead of powdered eggs from a warmer on a buffet line, we got fresh eggs brought by a smiling waitress who gave us excellent service. In the end, we were glad we stayed at the Meadows Hotel.
