Hotel Nikko Fukuoka

Location is very good. It is near hakata station and there is underground shopping area

Service is very good. The staff is kindly with my children. We have rent a car and the bellman is kindly also.

Excellent hotel with high quality staff, room environment and decent utilities and bathroom consumerables.

The bed was very small and was put against the wall, but it's tidy though.

Great location for both business and leisure. 5 minute walk from hotel to Hankyu mall and Hataka station.  Elevator can go straight from room levels to Subway level and underground street.

Spent the first night of my family trip in this hotel in early April. We were well greeted by the staffs of the hotel, check in was quick and the staff would do everything to ensure you feel like home. However, once we entered the room, we were “well greeted” by the odd smell of the room. We turned up the air conditioning and it was a bit better. Later when I had to tie my shoes, the strong smell came again so I suspect the odd smells comes from the room’s mattress. Anyhow, the other furniture of the room was clean in general, despite they look a bit old (especially the bathroom design). Our booking came with breakfast and it was amazing. There are two restaurants to choose from, one being set breakfast and another one being buffet. We chose the buffet, each food taste good with a good variety option, we checked out later with a satisfied tummy! In short, software (hotel staffs and food) of this hotel was enjoyable, but do not have too high expectations on the hardware (mattress, bathroom design).

very impressive entrance but rooms are very small. Everything is very funtional and super clean. The value is just about right. The breakfast was nice but I had better at other japanese hotel. I will not go back to that hotel since there are better options out there.

Close to Hakata Station, and could get there through subway. The staff are all very friendly and can speak English well. Both the hotel room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The shower head is particularly impressive. The water flow gives extraordinary comfort to user. Would recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends without any reservation.

Great location right in-front of Hakata Station. Right out of the subway exit 5 or also with and entrance going to JR. Plenty of amenities to do outside, options for eating and breakfast. Breakfast at hotel was ok, not too much choices for the prices, I would skip it and find something outside. Room was small but clean however, with the size of the hotel, I would have expected bigger rooms. Good choice in Fukuoka.
