Love the chic and cozy vibe of the hotel. Nice common space with an equipped kitchen and fridge. Didnt know it belongs to the Ascott group before arriving. Always have quite a good impression and confidence in the group’s hotels and condos. The only downside is the walk to the transportation, which takes around 8mins to the metro. Overall would recommend the stay here.

Good: The location is great, close to Tenjin district, to subway and railway station. Many good restaurants around. I like the shared kitchen very much, all kinds of cookware are available. Staffs are helpful, speak fluent English. Bad: I booked the Studio Corner room which has the balcony. The balcony is large, but I didn't use it at all. The room and washroom are quite small. I can hardly put anything in the wash basin area.

Location ok, convenience store within walking distance. Nice building, there’s a communal kitchen as well. The room is ok but very small, not enough room to open our suitcase.

The facilities are new and stylish, creating an energetic yet cozy atmosphere. However, the room size is rather small, which may be suitable for solo travelers but could feel cramped for those traveling together (for the double-bed room) One noteworthy inconvenience is the need to go down to the ground floor to access the water dispenser. It would be more convenient if there were water machines available on each floor. The hotel's location is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station and a 10+ minute walk to the shopping mall area. While not the most central/ convenient, the overall experience was quite enjoyable.

Clean, tidy, facilities quite new now, customer sevices were good , simple and easy to live in.

+Clean and comfortable apartment +English speaking staff -Very very small room, i didnt even have a place where i could work with my computer. If you want to have some space you can work in the lobby.

Perfect location right next to the central lively district, but still in a very quiet corner. Very clean rooms, very friendly staff. Only minor point is the breakfast buffet, which is quite minimal and could be enriched a bit.

The location was a bit far from the train station but the service, cleanliness and facilities exceeded expectations!
