Best Western Plus Fukuoka Tenjin-Minami anmeldelser

I was very happy during my stay at the Best Western in Tenjin. It was close to the subway to the airport and where all the main eateries are. One let down was that there were no water bottles in the hotel. Every other hotel I stayed at in Japan had a water bottle, but not a big deal as I purchased a bottle from 7-Eleven.

The location is between Hakata and Tenjin, near the Tenjin-minami subway station. Inside the hotel, in the central area, there are vending machines for drinks and coin-operated laundry services, which require an additional fee. Various amenities are available in the lobby for guests to take as needed. The guest rooms are relatively clean, and the beds are soft and comfortable. Next to the hotel, there is a parking area for those arriving by car. However, the parking is not directly managed by the hotel, so there is no discount on parking fees.

Good breakfast. Good location not far from food stalls along the river. Convenient to travel via subway tenjin minami station (exit 5).

The non-Japanese staff was very helpful providing extra support for our special needs. The bathroom is not elevated that's convenient for guests with mobility problems. The painted wall on the bed's headboard side is very dusty. There are not many hooks in the room to hang clothes.

Happy to stay in Best Western plus hotel for the spring festival, first time travel with my family in Japan, the room wa svery clean and comfortable and the location was very good, not far from the subway station.

Kind of far away from the nearest train station. Unlike other hotels in Japan, this hotel does not provide any mineral water, tea, coffee etc.

The staff very accommodating, polite and helpful throughout our entire stay. Even the room maid, she is friendly and politely. There are many restaurants on the street where the hotel is located, also the most closer metro station is Tenjin South. The location is very convenient. Overall, this is a nice hotel and our stay was enjoyable.

Excellent Location, very close to subway station and lots of restaurants nearby

I chose to stay with Best Western because I trust the international brand and its quality of service. With Japan's standard, the room is big in size, the beds and the pillows are comfortable for a good sleep, and the area for placing the suitcases is sufficient. Only two minor points to deduct, the location is a bit far from the train station exit and there is no elevator in the closest station exist. The hotel entrance is in a small street, it's difficult to locate it if you don't use google map.
