terrible experience in this place, we booked a quadroplet room or two double deck room but they gave us a one double decked room, and i call the hotel about the issue and they said that they don't have that type of room,but before we checked in, we called first and make it sure that it's a quadroplet room, and the staff on the line said that it's quadroplet, or two double decked room, but when we got there, it's just one double decked room and the staff on the phone is so rude, saying that it's not their fault , but on their site the picture of the room is two double decked room, so we stayed there for one night because we already paid it. When we were about to leave our room, we saw an open room with two double decked, exactly the room we saw on the picture. So i don't recommend this property, especially the rudeness of the staff ,we stayed at room 308 room 301 has two double decked bed

Good accommodations, nice bed, nice tv, nice river view from the hotel. Deffo come back again

It is a self serviced hotel. The location and scenery are great. Room is spacious for five people, but it could be quite noisy as the door and the wall are thin that we could hear the noise from the corridor outside.

提供的房間與我訂購時所選的不一樣，還不肯承認，資料相片把兩間不同的房間混淆成一間，我訂的是地板房，卻給了我地氈房，地氈又污糟又有異味，但明顯兩間價錢有分別，感覺到有被欺騙成份，這是我在日本旅遊住宿，最差的一次體驗

地理位置非常好，方便購物，附近有免稅店及很多食肆。風景優美，對着很漂亮的河。床舖舒適，沖涼熱水足夠，下次去福岡會再次入住，但是第一次到達，會比較難找，而且沒有前台職員，因為上下層是餐廳，初頭以為那座全座也是餐廳，但是原來在其中的一層是住房，所以要花點時間找，但總體亦非常好。

위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 나카스강 뷰도 좋았어요 미리 사전 체크인 어렵지 않으니 하고 가시는걸 추천드립니다! 먼지가 좀 있을 수 있어요 전반적인 청소는 좋았으나 구석구석 사이에는 청소가 안되었을 수도 있으니 참고 바랍니다. 위치로는 좋아요!

圖片內容跟實際房型差滿多的 但是入住的時候飯店人員因為語言問題很盡心幫助 進到房內的化妝室垃圾桶垃圾桶有超級滿的垃圾

먼지 엄청 많은 환기 할 수 없음. 화장실 매우 좋음 리셉션이 없음 태블릿으로 해서 온라인 체크인을 해야 되는데, 영어가 매우 말이 안 통함 정말 뷰 말고는 볼 거 하나도 없음. 완전 비추천.

장점 2박하는 동안 수건이 넉넉해서 좋았음 일찍 도착하신분들은 짐 보관서비스 추천 가성비 굿 뜨신물 잘나옴 주변에 공원 가깝고 걸어서 여기저기 돌아다니기좋음 단점 지하철 접근성은 약간 아쉬움 4인 가족이 사용하기엔 좁음(1박까지는 참을만함) 4시에 체크인이라 아쉬움 변기 수압이 약해서 물이 한방에 안내려감(뒷순번 가족에게 물안내렸다고 한소리 들음) 창문 안열려서 답답함 다음번에 예약한다면 무조건 더 넓은 방과 나카스뷰가 가능한 룸으로 고를 예정

호텔 주소가 상이 함 시내 근처라서 좋았어요.
