The hotel is very close to Yakuin station, a less busy area yet only a few stations from major tourist spots like Hakata and Kushida Shrine. There are supermarkets, cafes and high end restaurants nearby. The room size is not spacious as usual but it has the basic things you need.

It's good and the room is comfortable. No parking can provide although it has their own car park. All full in 5 days I stayed. But a few parking areas near the hotel.

Room has space for beds only and no space for opening luggage. No exaggerating here. Room is good for one night stay as a transit where you don’t open luggage and then move out next day kind. Long stay is not encouraged. Other reviews saying same thing is true.

Carpet and pajamas not clean. Staff are helpful and nice. Like the sofa and desk. Quite comfortable.

I stayed 1 night when arrived and another night few days later. I would keep my big luggage in hotel as it would be easier to move around. The hotel staff refused!
