Asked for house cleaning service but they didnt do it. And no phone at the room to call. The bed and bed sheets are not cosy at all.

Great room size, walking distance to Canal City Mall, many restaurants nearby. Offers parking space for ¥2500 (in/out ok).

Spacious rooms, friendly service, great location. The check in and check out were simple.

Wer enjoyed staying at the hotel. Great room and bathroom, though the view from the room was basically just a wall. Also the window be opened.

Really spacious. Great service. Takes about 20 mins walk from the nearest metro if you are slow. 10 mins walk from the nearest bus station. About 40mins to 30mins from hakata depending if you take the metro or bus.

Awesome place,very clean. Have bath tub,even bath salt given Great location with lots of restaurants,bars,cafes. Walking distance to Canal city mall. Customer service is excellent. Big room with 2 double beds,Tv,and sofa,chairs,table Bonus welcome desserts. Buffet breakfast is good too,not much kinds but all taste good. Definitely will come again,recommended!

Really nice and stylish place. Very friendly staff. They provide each guest with this amazing dessert and tea on your day of arrival, so tasty! Very clean. Near the main shopping area and yatai stalls. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and walkable distance to shopping malls and restaurant. We stayed there 5 nights in total and travel to Beppu in the middle of the trip. Room sizes are all different even at same price. Overall are excellent and suitable for family!

Hotel is very new and well located. Amenities are good except for a weird smell at the reception area.

Not a family hotel. Limited room service means room is not cleaned everyday and the toilet is never cleaned until you leave

The location is great which is located besides the canal river. The welcome drinks is fresh and dessert looks attractive. Staff are cheerful. I will consider this hotel when I next in Fukuoka.

Nice welcoming tea and sweets. The breakfast was the outstanding part. We also slept very well. Good value for the price.
