Tokyu Stay Fukuoka Tenjin

Really loved having the washer/dryer in the room, which made it really convenient to wash our clothes at the end of the day so we could pack light, and also prevent our clothes from smelling sweaty in the hot summer season. the room was also really spacious and allowed us to have our luggages out and open, unlike many other hotels in Japan cities. Most of the staff we met were generally courteous and helpful, but not as friendly or approachable. when we asked for early check-in, the counter staff who assisted us in English was quite direct and a bit curt, and some of the explanations were confusing, like whether we could check in only an hour early, or from 12pm onwards. another moment was when we called from our room to ask for toilet paper refills and were asked to come down to the main counter to collect it instead. but overall still found it acceptable. tenjin-minami station is a short walk away and links to tenjin (fukuoka) station and the tenjin underground mall through a short underground passage. the hotel is also a short 9-min walk away from Canal City. there’s also multiple bus stops nearby to reach areas a little further away (eg Ohori Park, Akasaka area, Hakata station etc) overall a really good experience and we would stay again! 😊

The staff were very kind and the room is comfortable ,the serve is also good.

Super nice location! I’m donut is literally few steps away from the hotel. We don’t have to travel far just to get the donut 🤪😋

Great location Friendly staff Spacious room Free coffee machine and amenities Staff can speak English

Perfect stay in Fukuoka. Well designed rooms with branded appliances!! Fabulous location in the middle of Tenjin.

Conveniently located 5min from subway. Hotel is nice and cozy. Staff is friendly as well. Comes with a washing machine which is good. Would recommend for friends and couples to stay.

Great location. Walking distance to Tenjin station and Nakasu yatai.  Hotel provides Washing machine in the rm.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The location is super convenient, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was definitely a highlight—lots of options and everything tasted great. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and comfortable, so it didn’t bother me much.

Best thing is the washer/ dryer in the room. The location is slightly further from the shopping area of Tenjin but walkable.  The nearest exit 6 of Tenjin-minami station does not have an escalator. There is a convenience store nearby and direct bus nearby to Lalaport. Walkable to Canal City too.
