Everything was good. However the reason why I check 4 for service is the breakfast. That was not so good as much I expected. Except for breakfast, I would choice this hotel again.

Ok hotel, clean and tidy however it’s about a 10 walk from Hakata train station to the hotel. If you have a lot of luggage this could be difficult. Rooms are a decent size and I would considering staying again. No early check in was allowed and we had to wait 2 hours until 3pm.

Location is very near the train station and easy to walk from the station.we like the selected menu of breakfast which they have 4 choices to select and very delicious with healthy.

4 blocks away from hakata station, and hard to get taxi. room is small but good enough, still quite pricy for $300 usd but i guess it's near new years. service is super fast when i requested

The location is great, very close to the railway station, shops and restaurants. But it's the most dusty hotel room I've ever been! Everywhere I looked around in the room, it's either covered in dust or water stains. Even the bed cover looked dirty. The room was also hot and stuffy when I walked in, and it took a few hours before it cooled down a little, which was not comfortable in the hot summer weather. The major problem: cleanliness of the room.

Stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids, the hotel had children amenities provided upon check-in and this made the kids felt welcoming. Hotel is located at around 5-min walk from Hakata Station, yet it is not along the Main Street which feels like enjoying the proximity to train station but with a quiet neighborhood around.

The hotel staff members are super helpful. They are taking every efforts to make stay comfortable.

Very accommodating to families. We are a family of 4. We got 4 single beds where each bed is larger than a twin size. They had everything you need in the bathroom except body lotion so bring your own. Our stay was perfect. It was very close to train station and had a Lawson directly across so we could get a quick bite since we didn’t get daily breakfast there and food places don’t open until 10:30-11am. The room itself is small but efficient and it had everything we would need. I would stay there again next time I am in Fukuoka and need to be near Hakata Station.

Third time at this hotel when visiting Fukuoka. Room clean & tidy, great staff, great location (center of everything), close walking distance from Hakata station.
