It's a bit outside of Hakata station but it's still within a walkable distance. Rental bike right behind the hotel. Breakfast was nice.

1. good place with delicious breakfast. 2. rooftop bar with good view for relexing with free drinks.

Great location! Walkable distance to shopping mall. Rooms are not too large but it is okay for two travelers.

Around 12mins walk from Hakata station. Hotel room is very small. Happy to have onsen facility in the hotel.

Whole building is smoking prohibited, as a non smoker, I can breathe comfortablely during my stay. A public bus stop is nearby the hotel, easily let travellers accessible to go to Hakata station or to Lalaport Mall. The female public hot bath area could be more enjoyable if it would have be more spacious.

Good spa onsen , nice comfortable room , amazing lounge view of fukuoka. We could even see planes landing and taking off . Several options of coffee, tea and non alcoholic drinks in a very beautiful decorated lounge . Location is approximately 20 minutes walk from the train station . Breakfast is good and nice variety of food . Good price and nice place

About 10-15 min walk to Hakata Station. Hotel is very busy with 2 elevator available so it takes awhile to get an elevator. Onsen is very small in comparison of the capacity of the hotel. Cleanliness could be improve as there are some dirt and grime on the wall and bathroom. The pajamas has a cigarette hole in them. All in all is a nice room to stay if not looking too much in details

Service was good and they answer your queries to the best of their abilities. Breakfast was rather balanced towards local and western selection. Margarine cubes were provided, not butter. Facilities were good for both public bath and sky lounge. Room pyjamas and slippers were a bonus .

Nice and clean hotel. Small in size and outdoor hotel. Open the hotel room door and exposed to the very cold environment.

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the subway station, which is a bit far if you are pushing luggage.

The family rooms is very good the space of rooms is big suit for family (our group are 3 people) than amenities is full, have drinks bars (14th floor),microwave (1st floor) and onsens about the location is not too close of hakata station have to walk around 10 minutes.

Breakfast was too crowded, room was tiny and bathroom flooded overall I would only choose this hotel if you are desperate 😳🫣😳

Room so small. Cannot open large suit case. Too many people especially in Public bath and breakfast Breakfast is nice, pretty good.
