I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from both the subway and JR station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was healthy and delicious—especially the cheesecake, which was a delightful treat each morning. I like the room with washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer. As a solo traveler, I found the bed spacious and extremely comfortable. After long days of sightseeing, the hot springs were the perfect way to relax and ease my tiredness. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Croom hotel is a SUPERB 👍🏼hotel! The receptionists were accommodating and helpful, and the room itself was warm and cozy. All of the facilities in the room were kept very clean too. EXTREMELY good locations surrounded with cafe/24hr Aeo supermarket/convinient store/ few minutes walks to Kushida shrine/Canal city mall and many more! We will definitely will stay in this hotel again : ) Miss市𡞴Itchisobo San is so helpful and friendly 👍🏼

Conveniently located next to Kushida Shrine and Hakata Canals. Clean and big enough for 1 pax!

Booked the room for solo use but the bed can fit 2 adult. Very spacious room. Love that there’s a washing machine in the room, so that I do not need to leave the room to do my laundry. Bathroom was the typical Japanese size, different from the other room type. Hardly use it as there’s a public bath on the ground floor.

15 minutes walkable distance from JR Hakata station. The hotel also is very close to supermarket or shopping mall. The hotel is tidy and clean, and we love the public bath house. The hotel provide parking space the price is a bit high, it charged 2000yen per night, It's better to choose the parking lot nearby. The room type included washing machine is very convenient for family travellers.

Overall is satisfactory and happy with the hotel. Room is small, no space to open 2 luggages. There is no room service. If you need anything and never opt for room cleaning eg: extra toiletries, you will need to go to front desk and get it from them.

Beautiful minimalist hotel. Good location right next to the Kushida shrine station, 5 minute walk to the Kushida shrine and canal city. Short walk to the Tochoji shrine which is right next to Gion station from which you can take the airport train straight to the airport

It’s convenient to have a 24 hrs supermarket within 5 mins walk. The breakfast is out of my expectation with quite a lot of varieties and good quality. Only that the room is a bit small with 2 luggage of medium size.
