a short one night stay, to visit Mt Fuji, excellent breakfast, free drinks in the evenings and a clean onsen.

Easy and Comfort Hotel. Prime location to explore Kawakuchiko and Fuji Mountain. Next to Supermarket was so convenience. Breakfast serve quite short from 7-9 AM, hence that was not an issue since we honor to leave early to see Fuji san. We will definitely come back.

It’s a new hotel but the room is very small. But it’s come with a very nice Mt Fuji view from my room There is also free beverages in the hotel lounge area daily from 6-8pm, which is a nice touch The hotel provides free parking and it’s just next to a mall and inside there’s supermarket

The location is very strategic, next to a mall. Room given was not Fuji Mount View as describe as I paid at the high price during golden holiday week. Other than that the service and cleanliness is excellent. Kinda like the onsen - clean

Breakfast was basic yet delicious 😋 parking space is provided but do note that you can only park between the official check-in & check-out time. Onsen on site is a plus point as well with toiletries provided.

This heotel is valued the money. I booked a room for 3 persons. One double bed and one single bed. The beds are comfortable enough to sleep. Hotel also provided extra pillow if you needed. There is only one pond in public bath for male room. And one for female room. The clenliness is acceptable. Breakfast is not variety choices but good quality. The car parking is available in front and at the back of the hotel.

The service was good, staff very helpful. Location was excellent as outside the hotel have alot restaurants to choose and the food was nice. Our hotel room facing mount-Fuji love it so much. The breakfast was nice too simple and easy. Super hotel is a nice hotel, we will choose this branch hotel again for next trip.

Hotel is about 15 - 20 mins of walking from Kawaguchiko station, route to hotel is mainly flat road. Hotel had basic facilities and rooms were small.

We really enjoyed the onsen at the hotel, and having a Lawson store nearby was quite convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, even though the room itself was small. It was a nice touch to have breakfast provided during my stay.

The location is a bit off to the side so the price is very reasonable! 900YEN for a taxi ride from Kawaguchiko Station. or you can wait for the Fujisan Retro bus (B blue Line) Stop 67 which will stop at the shopping center Bell next door. But the location is great for me, it is directly opposite Hard Off (I spent 3 hours shopping in there and got many great deals) and next to Kawaguchiko Shopping Center BELL! Earthquake Simulation Center and Fujisan World Heritage Center are just right next doors. The hotel building has two views; one is mountain/lake view I think. However, I got the other view, the FUJI view; an amazing price for a great view! Breakfast is small and basic, catering more towards traditional Japanese breakfast which is just what you need. The drink and coffee machines are amazing good. The soup dispenser is quite unique and very delicious. Welcome Bar is a must! A great way to relax and wind down at the end of each day. Onsen is indoors on the ground/first floor with no windows but quite relaxing. It is next to the laundry room. I used it while I was waiting for the laundry to be done. The laundry here (on Jan 2023) was super cheap, only 200YEN per wash and the dryer is FREE! You can save a lot. The dryer and the washing machine are separate machines which I like them better than the all-in-one washing&drying machine. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Fuji.
