Great value and good view of the lake and Fuji! I really liked the traditional style of the rooms. Service was good despite other reviews, and it's not that strict - you just need to follow their house rules, which aren't that onerous. If you book this place with the idea that it is a homestay with house rules, you wouldn't be disappointed!

This ryokan is my family favorite place. We disired to visit there every year from now on. Not free will as general hotels but you can spend lot of peacful time with your family. Highly recommend to reserve room with dinner and breakfast because doesn't has any restuarant nearby open up late. The door lock at 9 P.M. and you have to reserve bath time for your room.

一次糟糕的體驗，入住前看了評價定了這個民宿，酒店位置在河口湖往裡，離中央車站距離二十五分鐘車程，看富士山景觀位置可以，但周邊比較偏，到了六點左右就別想着出去逛吃了，到達酒店離湖比較近，是一家非常老民宿，沒有電梯，行禮需自己動手搬上去，店家是會在旁邊看着你自已搬上去的，一近門整個房間是榻榻米，連放行的地方都沒，令人崩潰的是整個房間沒有淋浴，沒有衞生間，開始看評價以為是有公共的湯池，到了才知道是跟所有住店客人分時段預約洗澡，過了時間就不能去洗澡了，澡堂就像80年代的浴室，非常老舊，衞生間也是公共的，大半夜的還要穿着睡衣其他房客偶遇，洗漱區也是公共的。房間的床鋪也是從櫃子裏託出來自己鋪上，房間隔音很差，隔壁聲音大點全能聽到，不過喜歡體驗日式民宿的可以來嘗試，總體來説真不能接受這樣的入住體驗! 酒店不提供行李寄存服務，一定要提前計劃，這點也是得奇葩！

不管是富士山景，服務等等都非常棒。唯獨冷氣有點不冷，冬天來住宿一定更棒！

位置佳，房間乾淨，服務人員親切，已是二度入住。
想拍鏡像富士山，只要早到門口步道即可拍攝。
打開窗戶，即使河口湖和富士山美景。

風景絕對超值之外，也非常推薦選擇一泊二食的方案，餐點豐富而且好吃，又完全不需要擔心河口湖店家早早關門的問題。
一定會再來的，是目前河口湖最喜歡的住宿點。
