Kawaguchiko Station Inn Convenient location right opposite the station No lift in building, but the building is only 4 storeys high. Tatami bedding is soft and comfortable, room is warm and clean. And very spacious - enough for 3 and 2 big luggage and still space to move about. Kettle and water pitcher provided. Yukata, towel and toothbrush provided. Onsen was great - went multiple times and was always almost empty, perhaps everyone was shy. Otherwise individual cbathing cubicles are also available, though only 2. Toilets are separate, common one on every floor. Same, never saw anyone else at the same time nor had to wait, perhaps everyone is out most of the time. Best part of the rooms is the view… 🤩 Tldr: very convenient location with spacious warm rooms, great views and free onsen.

The room is beautiful and exactly as advertised. The room has a view of Mt. Fuji. The staff are lovely and friendly and can speak English. The location is near the train and buses to and from Tokyo are convenient. The bedroom is clean. There are both single bathrooms and separate onsen for men and women. The women's onsen room has a view of Mt. Fuji. Very impressive.

Super friendly staff, ryokan style rooms are clean with a great view of Fujisan when you open the window! Its right across from Kawaguchiko Station so super convenient to travel around and find shops, Kawaguchiko lake, restaurants, and there is also a public hot bath for you to enjoy as well! The bathroom and showers are shared but I don't find any problem with my two nights stay. Will definitely be back again!

Great Japanese style hotel. Just 1 min from the station, really convenient. There is a tea set in the room, you could enjoy it after onsen. Bathrooms are sheared, have male and female sections, very clean and nice. If you’re not a fan of public bathroom, there is an option to have shower in private. However, both times I was there first late at night around 11 pm and then in the morning around 7 am, I was alone and could lay down in onsen. Bedding is traditional, as it was advertised

Easy access, just in front of Kawaguchiko station. Comfortable futon, kind staff who can speak English. The room was clean .

The hotel is just opposite Kawaguchiko Station. It is very convenient to take the train, Shinjuku Express Bus and Lake Kawaguchiko Bus lines. Mt.Fuji can be viewed from the window. Shared toilet and bathroom maintained cleanly.

Location is the near by bus and train station, convineint. Public bath is quet usefull like a hot spring. I like style of these hotel, like a japanese traditional way. Price is avialable. Car sound is little bit trouble for me when im sleeping because of location. Im suggesting you, close the double window and turn on air condition. Japanese couple host is kindly serving very well.

Super clean room despite the looks. The old aunties are really hardworking and persevere in their work very much. Only issue is getting used to the small room with DIY futons and shared toilets and shower.

On top from the typical service, there was a hot water big bathroom for use without additional cost. The room was big and the hotel was just right next to the railway station. Great deal.

One of the best place to stay while you are in kawaguchiko area .

Just a minute walk from kawaguchiko station, very spacious room with tatami mat and nice bath area with onsen overlooking mount fuji on a clear day. Highly recommended place to stay if you do not want to travel far to your stay after you arrive into kawaguchiko station
