Very happy with the services provided from all staff. Excellent sushi and steak dinner with all you can drinks. We especially enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot springs. Will come again.

hotel has a wide spread for buffet dinner and breakfast. room is clean and spacious. able to see mount fuji quite closely. offers free parking for car.

The hotel offers excellent service, with friendly and attentive staff that make you feel truly welcomed. The views of Mount Fuji are excellent, creating a breathtaking and relaxing atmosphere. And also the private hot spring is incredibly comfortable. There is a nearby bike rental service and the hotel also provides a shuttle service to and from the station. At the front desk, guests can enjoy delightful tea and snacks, adding a thoughtful touch to the stay. lol :D

High quality hotel. Good service, good environment. The location is good also. You can walk along the Kawaguchiko lake and enjoy the gorgeous scenery.

Amazing experience! Our first stay in this area has been perfect (even tho we didn't really get to see Mt.Fuji in full glory). We hotel staff are all extremely nice and polite, the food buffet is delicious (especially sushi and beef steak) + there's a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. My first onsen visit was very relaxing and not scary at all - with 4 pools you can have a bit of privacy. The visual of hot steam against the dark sky will remain in my memory for a long time. The hotel offers transportation to and from station, or you can just walk there in like 10 mins. The location of the hotel is super - the buses stop just outside of the hotel and you can walk to some attractions (appare boat, Herb museum etc.)

Amazing experience at Fuji Lake Hotel. Room was spacious. We booked the room with private onsen and really enjoyed that. The view from the room was spectacular. The buffet dinners and breakfast was also quite good. They also have a free shuttle bus service to and from Kawguchiko station upon request. Staff were very helpful as well.

Excellent view of both Fuji and lake Kawaguchi, the hotel baths are excellent and the rooms have a great rustic feel to them

It was a good hotel with free onsen snack from 2pm -7pm Drinks station for guest as well. love the hot spring. Breakfast was average, nice scenery, right next ti fuji lake.

Love it, simple but comfy, get to experience traditional Japanese culture. We really enjoyed our buffet, simple but nice! Great view too!

Strongly recommend this hotel to all travelers out there!! Transportation is very convenient (bus stop next to hotel) and hotel staff are very friendly. Most importantly Lawson is just next to the hotel meaning u can have supper any time at night!!
