給的體驗感不好，前台服務態度很差，到前台辦理入住的時候，站啦半天沒有人問在哪裡辦理辦理入住的時候愛答不理的，進房間衞生也沒打掃乾淨，衞生地上的紙都沒有打掃乾淨，房間之前用過的浴帽那麼大都在地上丟着看不見，

衞生間嚴重返味，衹好整晚開着排風扇睡覺。洗臉池水龍頭水流很小（如圖，最大量），很難用。早餐桌上沒有餐巾紙。前台服務冷淡，兩人入住，衹給一張房卡，而坐電梯需要刷卡，所以一人在房間，另一人外出時就上不了樓，問服務員再要一張房卡，回答説沒有多餘的房卡。而早上每次出門，前台服務員總要在後麪喊：請把房卡留下！大家慎重！

適合商務出差，房間安靜環境好，早餐也不錯٩（๑^o^๑）۶，有奶茶，強烈推薦哦！旁邊有很多餐廳吃飯方便。

酒店在福海來説，比較高檔了，住房內環境挺好的。去兩個景區也很方便。早餐一般，餐廳服務人員態度不好，雞蛋限量。總得來説，很好。

優點：緊鄰主幹道，停車場寬敞，適合自駕出行。外觀大氣高檔。早餐中規中矩。
缺點：服務意識有待提高，剛辦理完入住一進房間，就看被大風吹掉的紗窗，通知前台維修，回覆工作人員已經過來了，可這一等就是十多分鐘，不知是哪級服務人員在敷衍，再次催促終於來人了。想再要一瓶礦泉水，被告知需要收費，和酒店大氣的外觀不大相符。
