El parador de fuente dé es perfecto para asistir a la fiesta del orujo.

Estupenda ubicación para la práctica del senderismo y deporte de montaña. Un paraje que se respeta, salvo el fin de semana, donde la afluencia de vehículos se descontrola.

Room with a view - wow this place is just amazing with wonderful staff at reception, restaurant and bar. All so helpful. Hotel has a huge car park and is located next to cable car. There are loads of lounges to relax too after the great hikes nearby

The location is fantastic, surrounded by a ring of peaks. Three minutes walk to the cable car. As with the majority of paradors, don’t expect fripperies like tea / coffee making facilities, bottled water, a chocolate on the pillow. But there is a fridge and the bathroom is well fitted and all works well. Not a fan of two single beds being pushed together to make a double.

Location of the parador is excellent but it is very popular due to the proximity of the teleferico. The restaurant staff work hard but there are not enough of them, possibly due to the fairly remote location. Took half an hour to even be given a menu at dinner time, even though we had booked. Restaurant was packed and there were queues at dinner time and at breakfast. Customers were ignored and served randomly. The location and room were excellent but very slow service might put you off.

Ridiculously priced hotel not at all up to typical parador standards, unless you like feeling you're back in the 1970s with the decor. Small reception area, scuff marks on walls and lifts, unclean carpets. They will justify the price by the situation, but there is another hotel across the road. The site is amazing, but if it rains (which of course is not the hotel's fault), you are stuck in a hotel with horrible public areas and nothing to do. The restaurant is not big enough for all guests to have dinner, the cafeteria is a passageway between entrance and restaurant, not a comfortable place to have a drink. I ordered a club sandwich which was industrial packaged meats on badly toasted Bimbo white bread. Only positive is the well trained staff who are helpful, polite and friendly

Magic location. Rooms comfy and clean. Reception could be better. Not really friendly nor helpful. Dining or having a drink downstairs might be a challenge: not enough staff present…. It took us some hours but the location of the hotel makes everything all right

The hotel is in a stunning location, but is otherwsie a solid 3 star in a bit of time warp, with no other reason to stay there other than the proximity to the cable car and mountain. Easy to find, nice 1/2 hour drive from Potes , with decent sized car park. Full of large empty lounges , huge bulky furntiture , and wooden floors - reminded me of the hotel from The Shining .... Bar and restaurant staff are few and far betwen, long waits for post walk drinks (you have to ring a buzzer which is then ignored) and breakfast you have to book times so its over run on that time when everyone arrives. Evenings preferred to drive to Potes for great food and liveliness, hotel was very quiet Good to book early cable car as right across the road, and 14km walk back down ends at hotel garden - and thats about the only reson to stay there. Passed many other nicer hostals / small hotels on way from Potes which I woud stay in next time Overall, very underwhelming hotel
