The only pleaent thing there was the cleanliness, but i highly don't recommend it for anyone who intend to visit Madrid daily, the transportation is very long and really hard to find any help

Pésima experiencia. Me siento estafado. Nos alojamos 3 adultos y un bebé. Nos cobran 45€ una vez llegamos al hotel. Dicen que desde la aplicación no les informan de la reserva del bebé. Mentira. Les llame personalmente para pedir la cuna. Pagamos. Una vez completa la estancia, reclamo a través de Trip y les dicen que ese cargo es por la cuna ( por teléfono dicen que es gratis) y por el parking( no aparcamos en el Hotel).
Un 10 para Trip. 0 para el Hotel.
Lamentable.

No vale la pena, mala atención, no funcionaba ascensor, ni el aire acondicionado, no se preocuparon de nada. Está mal cuidado, sin mantenimiento. Al requerir las averías respondían con "yo no soy técnico", "que quiere que yo haga", "si no le gusta váyase a otro hotel". El ambiente es de trabajadores del polígono de la zona.
