Great hotel, friendly staff. Nice food, the view was good. Had a few showers but that's March. We'll worth a visit. The restaurant manager was friendly nothing to much trouble. All the staff were excellent. Entertainment was ok . The pool was shut much to outer disappointment. The indoor pool was open but rather small. We'll done all see you again !!

My partner and I went for a week for his birthday. We heard good reviews about the hotel so were expecting quite good things. Positives: The staff were lovely the entire time, the entertainment staff were so funny and friendly. Bar staff were also lovely! Our room got cleaned when we wanted them to and always provided us with clean towels everytime. Snack bar was brilliant very convenient for all inclusive if you wanted a nibble inbetween breakfast, lunch or dinner. On my partners birthday I asked if they could do something with the candles I bought. They baked him a cake and came out with candles and everything and sang him happy birthday, this was much appreciated and I was so grateful. Shower is very powerful and good. English channels on the TV in room. Entertainment was so fun!! Negatives: Although food was nice there wasn't that much variety, we had the same food every single night for about 3 days straight, however there was a Chinese food night on the last day we stayed. The laundrette wasn't free, wasn't expecting it to be but just be aware it is 4euros to wash clothes and 3 euros to dry them. One thing we noticed and many other english people we met noticed was how badly the english got treated compared to the Spanish. Multiple times we all queued up for food and then a Spanish family turned up, the male waiter winked at them and took them in front of the queue and sat them down, we had all inclusive so there was no difference in us. This is not all Spanish people but we found a lot of them to be rude, the dirty looks for no reason, the judging faces as we have fun and the scammers from shops due to us not being Spanish, BE AWARE. During breakfast, lunch and tea, due to it being a buffet, there were many people who just didn't care for hygiene and you would find different foods in other dishes. Although there were some negatives, it was a lovely holiday, we didn't want to leave, we made some amazing friends and the staff were great.

It is fair to say that there are more negatives than positives. We booked a two night stay for the 3 of us and it ended being a 3 night stay for one of us. Let's start positive: The activities team were really good, especially with our son with getting him involved with a room full of older people. Generous measures in drinks. Games room. Now for the negatives: Checking in took longer than needed the hotel doubled up on information that has been provided on booking it took approximately 10/15 mins before being seen and a further 10 mins to check in. Room is incredibly basic, no tea or coffee facilities, limited plug sockets especially as a cpap user i require a socket near the bed fortunately there was one close enough. Door to the balcony let in a lot of noise and when it was windy it rattled, noise travelled up the corridor, with people singing and shouting. Despite having emailed the hotel twice to confirm whether the pool was open or not and getting no reply, the pool was closed and the indoor pool is very, very small - more like a child's pool. There was no facilities for water bottle filling, and we asked to use the water machines in the restaurant and got told "it's not hygenic to fill a plastic bottle" but I could as long as I used a glass to fill the bottle. Balcony in the bar was great to sit out on but the doors were only accessible one way so if they closed you were locked out reliant on people inside to let you back in. Now for the best one, although a good spread of food, my wife ended up with food poisoning and took ill on the day we were leaving, meaning she couldn't travel. We had requested to extend the room until 1pm to see if the vomiting would stop, and I was met with a less than helpful response "we have other guests arriving in 2 hours we need to get the room ready" fortunately a more senior staff member over heard and approved the additional 1 hour. Unfortunately, her symptoms did not improve, which meant she needed to stay an additional night at a cost of £110. She was in desperate need of water and with no water filling facilities and not being able to leave the room she placed an Uber order to have water delivered. The hotel reception phoned her to let her know the order was there for collection, she explained to the receptionist that she was currently vomiting and needed to be near the toilet could someone just drop it at the door, to which the receptionist responded "oh, ermm, well, I guess ill bring it then." Ending the call with a sigh. All in all, although the entertainment was good, the whole experience ended up being rather negative for us, and we would avoid this hotel group in the future.

Really nice hotel. Staff really helpful at reception to give you information regarding buses and taxis to different area’s around the hotel. Rooms cleaned daily to a great standard. The lifeguard (Alex) Alexandra brilliant and did her duties around the pool as well as communicating to the guest Food in the restaurant catered for all. Bar pool, first floor bar had a show on every night would recommend this hotel for all ages and families

Hotel still has the clanky, echo hall ways but still has its natural charm. The new snack bar and pool bar are a smart addition by Globales, a chain I've loved in the Balearics and they didn't fail to disappoint. I'm so glad to see they haven't thrown the baby out with the bathwater. Lola of the animation team was still as vibrant as ever. Drinks Spirits are 30% San Miguel & blue on tap stop tap midnight Wine Tinto and blanco good in restaurante Food All you can wish for. Plenty of fish, meats and variety. Frying station, pizza, all veg and salads, always a pasta dish. Snack bar lacked wine but self service beer, soft drinks, juices, water. Indoor pool Access from outside, no beds or changing facilities but this has created the massive snack bar. Solarium Nice terrace on G floor with showersIf you are on a cheapy, don't weigh your case with toiletries. Save luggage weight Shop across the roundabout is cheap as Home bargains, razors £1.50 gin 14.99 litre. Alexandre Jefe de le maeseros very kind, as are all staff will 100% be back again! 2005 to 2025, thanks to all the staff at Gaurdinia Park
