Just back from a lovey 4 day holiday with friends. Seriously can’t understand any low reviews. The hotel is 3*+.. clean.. very well presented , staff are brilliant. 3 lifts are in constant use covering 13 floors in total so will take longer at peak times. The food was good.. always a choice of fish and meat dishes. Salads and veggies. And fresh fruits. It’s an all inclusive buffet so we got what we booked up for and never went hungry. Beds comfy and cleaned every day.. powerful shower in the bathrooms with towel change every day too. Entertainment for all ages and games throughout the day if you wanted to join in. Pool area really good as was the poolside bar. Secure access gate to the sea front. Would absolutely go back again.. only negative is breakfast is at 8am so if you have an early check out the pre-prepared one is not great!

We arrived on Sunday the 27th April for a week, we had an amazing time the hotel is clean , comfy beds , a lovely sea view from most of the rooms , the staff were lovely they couldn't do enough for us . The food was very nice and lots of selection, just a short walk to the bars and restaurants, the promenade is right outside the hotel . The entertainment was very good . We stayed there when all of Spain lost their electricity the staff done everything they could to make sure we had everything we needed . We will definitely go back do not listen to the people who moan on here I don't know what they had to moan about yes some of the food was not hot but they have got microwaves there to warm it up , the food was tasty I would recommend this hotel a great 3* hotel .The staff worked really hard and was always smiling.

Went for a 5 day break here I'm a vegetarian. Went to get something out buffet eat. Had to heat then didn't take it. They had a microwave sitting beside food so if it wasent hot you had to heat it up yourself which isn't right. Most the food was Mediterranean all fish stuf every day.. I lived on chips tomatoes sauce for 5 days. I left my gold watch on the bed forgot to lift it.. So we contacted the hotel it wasent handed in.Who do yous think goes into the room when you leave, we'll that's your answer. It would ruin your holiday if you want for all inclusive that's a fact...... 😡

A great budget friendly hotel.rooms were dated but very clean and made each day. food was average but I loved the counter were they cook the food in front of you. Pancakes omelettes ,toasties ,fried eggs in the morning then chicken ,steak,pork and other meats for lunch and evening. My only problem was the food wasn’t very warm. Lots of fun activities in the day the entertainment people ( George and the other Spanish man ) were amazing. Evening was fun bingo quizzes and tribute. very small pool for the size of hotel. Not sure how it would manage in peak season.

Just back from a weeks stay at this great hotel. It’s lovely and clean and the beds are so comfortable. The staff are all so friendly and helpful especially the entertainment team George and Lola. They were amazing, they get everyone involved and are very good with the kids. The entertainment is good, bingo, quiz, singers, cabaret and so on. The bar staff were also very good, and they make a great strawberry daiquiri and they get involved too, singing and dancing behind the bar. It’s makes for a friendly atmosphere which is good to see. The food was fine, it’s no better or no worse than other hotel buffet fare. You will always find something to eat and there’s microwaves to heat it up if you find it too cold. The pool and pool bar and snack bar are all great. There’s plenty of sun-beds and a grassy garden area as well. Out the back gate and there’s the beach and the prom which takes you into the town centre. It’s about a 45 min walk into the centre but it’s flat all the way with shops and bars all along the prom. Out the front there’s a supermarket opposite and a bus stop All in it’s a lovely hotel and I would recommend it.
