Very beautiful country house "Villa Remotti", from the 19th century, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 28 km from the centre of Asti, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Fubine, 16 km from the centre of Alessandria, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. For shared use: property 14 ha, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn. 300 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Alessandria" 16 km. Golf course (36 hole) 3 km. Nearby attractions: Asti 29 km, Alba 35 km, Turin 80 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. 5-room semi-detached house 200 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV. Exit to the garden. We arrived at Villaremotti with great joy and were unfortunately quickly disappointed. The house has flaws EVERYWHERE! Almost every door handle is broken. Toilet lid broken. No matter what was something. the banister is broken! Risk of death! But one was

The house was spacious except for the kitchen. The kitchen was very small and very poorly equipped: barely enough plates and glasses, not to mention cooking utensils.

The managers on site were very nice! But could only speak Italian. In two bathrooms there were no hooks and soap dishes in the shower. In the other house the thermal bath kept failing and the switch in the fuse box tripped due to overloading. The worst th
