Posada Morisca Charming Hotel Boutique

The most picturesque rural hotel with fantastic restaurante. We come back every summer for a lovely weekend! The food and wine is great, nice friendly service. The room are cozy with lovely view over the valley and Frigiliana. A perfect romantic getaway.

It was a lovely hotel and we are very glad that we chose to stay there. It is at the top of a hill just above the town. The bed was comfortable. Beautiful views from the hotel and it is very quiet at night. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. We didn't eat another meal there so I can't comment on the restaurant. It's a lovely walk into town and back. We walked down a road into town (about 1.5 km) that was different than the one that we drove up to the hotel. The pool was cold but it was just what we needed in the afternoon to cool off. It was a lovely walk back up the hill after dinner - I felt safe, even in the dark. A good way to work off the calories from dinner. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

enjoyed a week long break at this beautiful hotel . The accomodation , food and especially service are 1st class. The hotel is beautifully spanish and the setting is so relaxing . Views of the village and mountians are just breathtaking , i would highly reccommend for a relaxed, chilled holiday. A special thank you to Maria who made us so welcome .

Hotel is cute. Unfortunately the reception staff are not service oriented (and even have an attitude). For the price and how the hotel is profiles you’d expect quality in the details. Breakfast was of really poor quality (and unavailable before 9am, so if you are planning an earlier trip, no way). The hotel has the potential if managed properly.

Living nearby in Frigiliana, having checked this hotel out, I booked it for my sister for 4 nights. Whilst she enjoyed the hotel and its location, it was spoiled by the very rude and dismissive attitude of the owner. What a shame! As a well travelled lady she'd never encountered such an appalling and ungracious reception anywhere in the world. Asking for anything felt like an intrusion and resented, unbelievable! - not the way to run a hotel. Very disappointing.

I visited tonight to see if friends should stay and it’s totally overpriced - table service was non existent so you had to go to the bar and then pay an inflated price for your drink - I would recommend this hotel to anyone! There are far better places to stay in Frigiliana

Hemos vuelto tres años despues con la idea de disfrutar de una cena agradable, pero laexperiencia ha sido pésima. Llegamos con reserva, cuando solo había dos mesas ocupadas con dos personas, y aún así, después de servirnos la bebida rápidamente, han tardado casi una hora en traernos la comida, a pesar de llamarles la atención para que al menos, nos trajeran algún aperitivo para amenizar la espera. ( haciendo caso omiso, claro). En total han sido seis mesas ocupadas a lo largo de la noche, todas ellas de dos personas, y al menos cuatro de las parejas se han quejado de algo, y alguna con bastante enfado. A pesar del bonito sitio, solo se escuchaba al personal pelearse a voces desde el interior, durante toda la cena, lo cual nos ha resultado bastante violento. Por cierto, que en el TARTAR se les ha debido de volcar el bote de pimienta, y así lo han servido. Los CHIPS DE AGUACATE, lejos de ser láminas de aguacate crujiente, es un aguacate en rodajas a la plancha. Lo único que se ha salvado ha sido la hamburguesa. De postre, (después por cierto de pedir más pan y traernos medio bollo en una servilleta en la mano), hemos pedido un PASTEL DE CHOCOLATE, y nos han puesto un coulant del Mercadona quemado, totalmente quemado, con sabor a chocolate calcinado.No sé como se quema un coulant que se calienta veinte segundos según instrucciones, pero así ha sido). Una pena.

Una de las mejores gastronómicas y ambientales. Único para perderse y reencontrarse con una fusión predominante con el aguacate. Atención espectacular con un servicio muy profesional con especial mención al chef y sobre todo a Paul en servicio que te hace sentir como en casa. Lugar de desconexión y disfrute con una piscina infinity como colofón para disfrutar de una puesta de sol única con mirador de Frigiliana que quedará en tu retina de por vida.

Hemos llegado a las 14:10 al restaurante, en total éramos 6 mesas siendo la mayor.de 3 personas. Entre plato y plato pasan alrededor de 45 minutos, siendo las 16:14 y sigue sin llegar el postre. Si quiero reconocer que la comida está buena, lo único q se salva
