The room was perfect size for one person. It was very clear and bright, my room have the view to a park. The location is really close to the tram and there's a supermarket super close. The bed is comfortable. Since the bathroom didn't have windows, there's a bathroom exhaust fan, the problem is that is extremely noisy and took a lot of time to turn off after you turn the lights off

非常糟糕的一個酒店，沒有電梯，沒有大堂。 我們晚上6：30到酒店地址的，發現網上訂的酒店名字與實際不一樣。正在疑慮時，有一個人上來問入住人的名字，告訴他以後，他查了一下手裡的單子，對上了，就把手裡的鑰匙和大門的門禁卡直接給了我們，説就是網上的那個名字的酒店，還説他6點就應該下班了，一直在外面等我們，於是就轉身走了。 我們用他給的鑰匙進了大門，發現就是一個小公寓樓的入口，根本沒有什麼大堂。他給的房間號實際上是在2樓，必須自己搬行李上樓，我們都是60多歲的長者了，衹好兩個人抬行李上樓。房間裏的設施非常簡陋，毛巾是硬的，顏色也不像是正規洗消過的。住宿感覺非常差，彷彿回到多年前住招待所的情景。與德國的品質太不相符了。必須差評！

我們早上八點鐘出去散步，房間沒有退，鑰匙也在手中，居然服務員擅自進入，把我們的行李搬到前台！希望攜程和酒店能給合理的答覆

Propreté et accueil impeccable.

This was a great find. I was driving my daughter to Freiburg so she could take up a University placement for a semester and her accommodation was literally across the road from the hotel. It is functional but just what we needed - a comfortable bed, a super clean bathroom and a nice buffet breakfast in the morning. The receptionist was so friendly and spoke extremely good English and was able to offer some useful tips for us. Don’t worry if you can’t make it while the reception is open as their Keyboy system works really well and it was easy to get to our rooms. There is parking just outside the hotel specifically for guests and a tram stop on line 1 to get into town with some feee transport passes for a day provided by the hotel. We also had dinner at the adjacent pizza restaurant which was busy but served really good food. I will definitely come back when I come to pick my daughter up.

Letti comodissimi e coperte calde, cuscini morbidi e stanze pulite, disponibilità di tazze teiere e asciugamani di riserva nelle stanze e appendi abiti in abbondanza. Colazione a buffet abbondante e deliziosa, personale simpaticissimo e molto disponibile. Check in automatico e Check out con personale. Prezzo onestissimo e bagni ampi e puliti. Possibilità di acquisto dei biglietti del tram alla reception.

Nous avons été super bien accueilli dans cet hôtel. Les patrons, très chaleureusement, se sont démenés pour nous trouver un logement, alors que notre réservation n'avait pas été faite correctement par Airbnb. En plus le petit déjeuner était super.
